Study of TNG260 and an Anti-PD Antibody in STK11 Mutated Solid Tumors
Recruiting
The goal of this interventional clinical trial is to learn about TNG260, a CoREST inhibitor, in combination with pembrolizumab in patients with advanced solid tumors with a known STK11 mutation. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: * the recommended dose for Phase 2 * to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the combination therapy * to determine the pharmacokinetics of TNG260 * to evaluate the initial antineoplastic activity Participants will receive study treatment until they exp... Resistance Exercise Combined With Protein Supplementation in People With Pancreatic Cancer: The RE-BUILD Trial
Recruiting
The purpose of this research is to determine whether a virtually supervised resistance exercise (RE) intervention combined with protein supplementation (PS) is feasible in pancreatic cancer patients initiating chemotherapy and if it will improve skeletal muscle mass. The names of the study interventions involved in this study are: * Resistance training and protein supplement intake (RE + PS) * Resistance training (RE) * Attention control (AC), home-based stretching

Interrogation of Exosome-mediated Intercellular Signaling in Patients With Pancreatic Cancer
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to isolate and analyze exosomes, which are tiny carriers of important proteins and nucleic acids that serve as messenger systems in the blood and tissue. Blood and tissue from patients with pancreatic cancer will be compared with blood and tissue from patients with noncancerous pancreatic disease. Including patients without cancer will allow the investigators to establish "normal" values, which currently do not exist. The investigators will then look to see whether e... Read More

Using Radiogenomics to Predict Malignant Potential of Intraductal Papillary Mucinous Neoplasms of the Pancreas
Recruiting
The Florida Pancreas Collaborative wants to partner with individuals who are known to have, or are suspected to have a pancreatic lesion, tumor, cyst, mass, cancer, or pancreatitis and are undergoing diagnosis and treatment at a participating institution. The goals of this project are to build a large database of information obtained from blood, tissue, medical images, surveys and information from routine care to develop noninvasive diagnostic approaches that could be used as decision-making too... Gastrointestinal Biomarkers in Tissue and Biological Fluid Samples from Colorectal Cancer Patients
Recruiting
RATIONALE: Studying samples of tissue, blood, urine, stool, and other biological fluids from patients with cancer and from healthy volunteers undergoing colonoscopy or endoscopy may help doctors identify and learn more about biomarkers related to cancer. PURPOSE: This research study is looking at gastrointestinal biomarkers in tissue and biological fluid samples from patients and participants undergoing colonoscopy, endoscopy, or surgery.

BOLD-100 in Combination With FOLFOX for the Treatment of Advanced Solid Tumours
Recruiting
BOLD-100 is an intravenously administered sterile solution containing the ruthenium-based small molecule. BOLD-100 has been shown to preferentially decrease the expression of GRP78 in tumour cells and ER stressed cells when compared to normal cells. BOLD-100 will be combined with cytotoxic FOLFOX chemotherapy in this study, with a dose escalation cohort to ensure tolerability and safety, followed by a cohort expansion phase.

Onvansertib in Combination With NALIRIFOX for First Line Treatment of Advanced Pancreatic Cancer
Recruiting
Pancreatic cancer is a deadly disease and will be the second leading cause of cancer related death behind lung cancer by 2030. Over 62,000 people are diagnosed each year in the United States with about 90% succumbing to the disease within 5 years. In the metastatic setting, NALIRIFOX, FOLFIRINOX and nab-paclitaxel-gemcitabine are standard treatment options in patients with good performance status (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group \[ECOG\] 0/1). All three combinations have shown a survival adva... Read More
