Testing the Addition of Herceptin Hylecta or Phesgo to the Usual Chemotherapy for HER2 Positive Endometrial Serous Carcinoma or Carcinosarcoma
Recruiting
This phase III trial tests whether adding trastuzumab and hyaluronidase-oysk (Herceptin Hylecta \[TM\]) or pertuzumab, trastuzumab and hyaluronidase-zzxf (Phesgo \[TM\]) to the usual chemotherapy (paclitaxel and carboplatin) works to shrink tumors in patients with HER2 positive endometrial cancer. Trastuzumab and pertuzumab are monoclonal antibodies and forms of targeted therapy that attach to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of tumor cells, known as HER2 receptors. When trastuzumab... Read More

Transfemoral Osseointegrated Prosthesis Limb-Load Symmetry Training
Recruiting
This randomized controlled trial (n=25 enrolled, n=15 expected to complete) will 1) determine the feasibility of a 40-week limb-load biofeedback training intervention, 2) determine if there is an intervention signal of efficacy, and 3) identify functional movement priorities for people with transfemoral osseointegrated (OI) prostheses. A limb-load biofeedback training group (EXP (n=10)) will be compared to a standard of care attention-control group without limb-load biofeedback training (CTL (n=... Read More

Pembrolizumab, Lenvatinib and IL-15 Superagonist N-803 in Combination With HER2 Targeting Autologous Dendritic Cell (AdHER2DC) Vaccine in Participants With Advanced or Metastatic Endometrial Cancer
Recruiting
Background:
Endometrial cancer (EC) of the uterus is becoming more common in the US. Sometimes EC often has increased levels of a protein called HER2. Cancers with HER2 tend to be more aggressive and have poorer outcomes.
Objective:
To test 2 study drugs-a vaccine that targets HER2 (AdHER2DC) plus a drug that supercharges immune cells that kill tumor cells (N-803)-combined with 2 FDA-approved cancer treatment drugs in people with EC.
Eligibility:
Adults aged 18 and older with HER2-positive... Read More

Study of Anti-CEACAM5 ADC M9140 in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors (PROCEADE PanTumor)
Recruiting
The PROCEADE PanTumor study aims to investigate M9140 in multiple tumor types which express carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 5 (CEACAM5) and it is therefore designed as a matrix study. This study aims to assess the antitumor activity, tolerability, safety, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of M9140 as monotherapy or in combination treatments in adult participants with locally advanced/metastatic CEACAM5 expressing tumors. There will be 3 substudies under this Master Protocol that... Read More

Role of GABAergic Transmission in Auditory Processing in Autism Spectrum Disorder
Recruiting
Background:
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a complex neurodevelopmental syndrome. Researchers think brain development may be controlled by gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). They want to learn how abnormalities in the GABA system may contribute to ASD.
Objective:
To see if repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) creates short-term changes in how different parts of the brain communicate.
Eligibility:
Right-handed people ages 14-17 with ASD, and healthy volunteers ages 18-25.

Tiragolumab and Atezolizumab for the Treatment of Relapsed or Refractory SMARCB1 or SMARCA4 Deficient Tumors
Recruiting
This phase I/II trial studies how well tiragolumab and atezolizumab works when given to children and adults with SMARCB1 or SMARCA4 deficient tumors that have either come back (relapsed) or do not respond to therapy (refractory). SMARCB1 or SMARCA4 deficiency means that tumor cells are missing the SMARCB1 and SMARCA4 genes, seen with some aggressive cancers that are typically hard to treat. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as tiragolumab and atezolizumab, may help the body's immune... Read More

3D Body Surface Modeling for Scoliosis Monitoring
Recruiting
This is a single center, prospective, non-randomized reproducibility study of the NSite device in patients undergoing evaluation for scoliosis. The NSite device is a pre-market, investigational device. The study will enroll 13 eligible patients, who will be scanned using the NSite device by 3 separate users in order to assess if the device generates similar results across users.
