Researchers are looking for other ways to treat breast cancer (BC) that is hormone receptor-positive and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HR+/HER2-) and either unresectable locally advanced or metastatic.
* HR positive (HR+) means the cancer cells have proteins that attach to estrogen or progesterone (hormones) which help the cancer to grow and spread
* HER2 negative (HER2-) means the cancer cells have a low amount of a protein called HER2
* Unresectable locally advanced means... Read More

This clinical trial is studying solid tumor cancers. A solid tumor is one that starts in part of your body like your lungs or liver instead of your blood. Once they've grown bigger in one spot or spread to other parts of the body, they're harder to treat. This is called advanced or metastatic cancer.
Participants in this study must have breast cancer or gastric cancer. Participants must have tumors that have HER2 on them. This allows the cancer to grow more quickly or spread faster. There are f... Read More

This phase II trial tests whether an exercise intervention works to improve cognitive function in breast cancer survivors. Many breast cancer survivors report cancer-related cognitive impairment, which this has recently become a priority in clinical research due to its dramatic impact on daily functioning, quality of life, and long-term health. Aerobic exercise has the potential to improve cognitive function and brain health in older adults and is recommended as a safe, tolerable, and accessible... Read More

This open-label research study is studying (Z)-endoxifen as a possible treatment for pre-menopausal women with ER+/HER2- breast cancer. (Z)-endoxifen belongs to a group of drugs called selective estrogen receptor modulators or "SERM", which help block estrogen from attaching to cancer cells. This study has two parts: a pharmacokinetic part and a treatment part.
The PK part (how the body processes the drug) will enroll about 18 participants. All participants will take (Z)-endoxifen capsules dail... Read More
