Migraine is a neurological disease characterized by moderate or severe headache, associated with nausea, vomiting, and/or sensitivity to light and sound. This study will evaluate the effectiveness of atogepant in treating adult participants with migraine in a real-world setting. Atogepant is an approved drug for preventive treatment of migraine in adults. Approximately 1000 adult participants who are prescribed atogepant by their doctors will be enrolled in this study across the world. Participants will receive atogepant oral tablets as prescribed per standard clinical practice and will be followed for 2 years. There is expected to be no additional burden for participants in this trial. Migraine is a common neurological disorder typically characterized by attacks of throbbing, moderate to severe headache, often associated with nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound. Migraine is extremely common and disabling in children. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how safe and effective ubrogepant is in the acute treatment of migraine in children and adolescents. Ubrogepant is a drug approved for the acute treatment of migraine in adults. Children and adolescents (aged 6-17 years) with a history of migraine will be enrolled. The study will include 2 cohorts of participants - PK Cohort and Main Study (non-PK cohort). Participants aged 6-11 years in the PK Cohort will receive Dose A or Dose B of Ubrogepant for PK analysis to determine dose selection for the main study. In the main study, after dose selection, children aged 6-11 years will be randomized to receive either low or high dose of Ubrogepant or placebo. There is a 1 in 3 chance that a participant will be assigned to placebo. Adolescents aged 12-17 years will be randomized to receive either low or high dose of Ubrogepant or placebo with a 1 in 3 chance of placebo assignment. For qualifying migraine attacks, participants will receive oral tablets of the double-blind study intervention. There will be an option to take a second dose of double-blind study intervention (identical to initial dose), or rescue medication, at least 2 hours after the initial dose, for headache of moderate/severe intensity. Around 1059 participants will be enrolled in the study in approximately 120 sites in the United States. The study duration will be up to 6 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This goal of this study is to compare three medications used for migraine preventive treatment. This study will compare atogepant, a newer migraine preventive medication, with two older preventive medications, topiramate and propranolol. It will be determined if one works better and is more tolerable than the others. A migraine is a moderate to severe headache typically on one side of the head. A migraine attack is a headache that may be accompanied by throbbing, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, or other symptoms. Menstrual migraine (MM) is defined as migraine attacks that occur within the perimenstrual period (PMP) in at least 2 out of 3 menstrual cycles. The PMP is from 2 days before the onset of menstrual bleeding to 2 days after. This study will assess how safe and effective ubrogepant is in treating menstrual migraine. Adverse Events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Ubrogepant is an investigational drug being developed for short-term prevention of menstrual migraine. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the 2 groups to receive either ubrogepant or placebo. Around 450 adult female participants with menstrual migraine will be enrolled in approximately 100 sites in the United States and Puerto Rico. Participants will receive oral ubrogepant tablets once daily for 7 consecutive days starting 3 days prior to estimated onset of menses per cycle for 3 PMPs during double-blind period (16 weeks). Eligible participants may continue to receive oral ubrogepant tablets once daily for 7 consecutive days per cycle starting 3 days prior to estimated onset of menses during open-label extension period (52 weeks). There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will collect data daily in electronic diaries and attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. A migraine is a headache with severe throbbing pain or a pulsating sensation, usually on one side of the head. It is often accompanied by feeling or being sick and a sensitivity to bright lights and sound. Migraines are caused by a series of events when the brain gets stimulated or activated, which causes the release of chemicals that cause pain. IPN10200 is a medication that stops the release of these chemical messengers. Participants with episodic migraine (EM) or chronic migraine (CM) will be included in both Step 1 and Step 2. "Headache days" are when participants experience headaches that meet the criteria for a migraine or a headache without the additional migraine-specific symptoms. "Migraine days" occur when the headache displays clear migraine characteristics. This study aims to determine: * The safety and efficacy of injecting IPN10200 directly into the muscles of the head and neck to prevent EM and CM, * The right amount (dose) of IPN10200 to inject at each point, * The total amount (dose) of IPN10200 that provides the best balance between safety and efficacy preventing migraines. The purpose of this study is to understand the safety and effectiveness of the study drug, Dysport® when compared with placebo in preventing chronic migraine. A migraine is a headache with severe throbbing pain or a pulsating sensation, usually on one side of the head, and is often accompanied by feeling or being sick and a sensitivity to bright lights and sound. Chronic migraine is defined as having at least 15 days of headache a month with at least 8 of those days being migraine headache days. Migraines are caused by a series of events which cause the brain to get stimulated/activated, which results in the release of chemicals that cause pain. Dysport® is a formulation of Botulinum toxin type A (BoNT-A), a medication that stops the release of these chemical messengers. The study will consist of 3 periods: 1. A 'screening period' of 6 to 12 weeks to assess whether the participant can take part to the study and requires 1 visit. 2. A first Treatment Phase of 24 weeks. On Day 1 and at Week 12 of the first Treatment Phase, participants will receive injections into various muscles across the head, neck, face and shoulders. The injections will contain either a dose "A" or dose "B" of Dysport® or a placebo (an inactive substance or treatment that looks the same as, and is given in the same way as, an active drug or intervention/treatment being studied). Participants will make 4 visits to the clinic in person and have 4 remote (online) visits. 3. A second Treatment Phase of 24 weeks (extension phase). At Week 24 and at Week 36, all participants will get Dysport® (dose "A" or dose "B"). There will be 3 in person visits and 4 remote visits. Participants will need to complete an e-diary and questionnaires throughout the study. Participants will undergo blood samplings, urine collections, physical examinations, and clinical evaluations. The goals of the study are to evaluate adverse events and how well treatment of atogepant works compared to placebo (looks like the study treatment but contains no medicine) in preventing chronic migraine in participants between 12 and 17 years of age. Atogepant is a medicine currently approved in the United States and Europe for the preventive treatment of migraine in adult patients with migraine and is being studied for the preventative treatment of chronic migraine in participants between the ages of 12 and 17 years. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the 2 groups to be treated with either atogepant or placebo. This study is double-blinded, which means that neither the patients nor the study doctors know who is given which study treatment. Approximately 420 participants 12 to 17 years of age with chronic migraine will be enrolled at approximately 70 sites across the world. Participants will receive oral tablets of atogepant or placebo once daily for 12 weeks and will be followed for 4 weeks. A migraine is a moderate to severe headache on one side of the head. A migraine attack is a headache that may be accompanied by throbbing, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, or other symptoms. A number of treatments are available for adults with migraine but there are limited approved treatments available for pediatric participants. The main goal of the study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy (how well treatment works) of a low-dose and high-dose of atogepant in pediatric participants between the ages of 6 and 17. Atogepant is a medicine currently approved to treat adults with migraine (0 to 14 migraine days per month) and is being studied in pediatric participants between the ages of 6 and 17 with a history of episodic migraine. This is a Phase 3, randomized, double-blind study of atogepant in participants with a history of episodic migraine with an open-label pharmacokinetic substudy. Eligible participants will be randomized into 6 different groups. Participants between the ages of 12 and 17 will be randomized to receive placebo, low-dose atogepant, or high-dose atogepant for 12 weeks. Participants between the ages of 6 and 11 will also be randomized to receive placebo, low-dose atogepant, or high-dose atogepant for 12 weeks. The specific atogepant doses to be used in participants between the ages of 6 and 11 will be determined after the PK substudy is complete. Around 450 participants will be enrolled in approximately 100 sites worldwide. Placebo, low-dose atogepant, and high-dose atogepant are given as a tablet to take by mouth once a day. At the end of Week 12, participants will either undergo a follow-up visit 4 weeks after last study treatment or join an extension study where they can continue to receive atogepant for another 52 weeks. * This two-stage clinical trial will assess a novel combination therapy for acute migraine. In Stage 1 (factorial), participants will receive the combination, each individual component, or placebo. In Stage 2 (dose-finding), they will test three doses of the combination. Before both stages, participants will complete a run-in period, documenting a migraine attack without study medication.
