The virological efficacy of ibalizumab has been clearly demonstrated in multiple clinical trials. This study will expand ibalizumab's clinical data set and allow a better understanding of the virologic response durability on ARV regimens with or without ibalizumab in a heterogeneous real-world patient population. Additional data on the efficacy and safety of ibalizumab and its impact on patient reported outcomes will be captured until study end. Primary Objective: To evaluate the long-term efficacy, safety, and durability of ibalizumab in combination with other ARVs by comparing the virologic, immunologic and clinical outcomes of patients receiving ibalizumab treatment versus patients not receiving ibalizumab. Secondary Objective: To assess the efficacy of ibalizumab in combination with other antiretrovirals by comparing the virologic, immunologic, clinical and patient reported outcomes of patients before and after they receive ibalizumab treatment. This study is open to adults with small cell lung cancer and other neuroendocrine tumours. The study is in people with advanced cancer for whom previous treatment was not successful or no standard treatment exists. The purpose of this study is to find a suitable dose of BI 764532 that people with advanced cancer can tolerate. 2 different doses of BI 764532 are tested in this study. Another purpose is to check whether BI 764532 can make tumours shrink. BI 764532 is an antibody-like molecule (DLL3/CD3 bispecific) that may help the immune system fight cancer. The study has 2 parts. In Part 1, participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. Participants have an equal chance of being in either group. One group gets dose 1 of BI 764532 and the other group gets dose 2 of BI 764532. In Part 2, all participants receive the same dose of BI 764532. Part 2 is open to people with a certain kind of tumour called extrapulmonary neuroendocrine carcinoma. All participants receive BI 764532 as an infusion into a vein when starting treatment. If there is benefit for the participants and if they can tolerate it, the treatment is given up to the maximum duration of the study. During this time, participants visit the study site regularly. The total number of visits depends on how they respond to and tolerate the treatment. The first study visits include an overnight stay to monitor participants´ safety. This study assesses how blood cell growth patterns (clonal hematopoiesis), relates to heart health or cardiovascular disease (CVD) after treatment in patients with Hodgkin lymphoma. In some patients, cancer treatment at a young age may lead to later complications, including problems with heart health. Checking for blood cell growth patterns called therapy-related clonal hematopoiesis (t-CH) can help predict who might be at risk for heart health problems after Hodgkin lymphoma treatment. If doctors know who may be at greater risk for developing later heart complications, then they can more closely monitor those patients to prevent or detect heart complications early. Read Less

This study attempts to learn more about the health of persons with Down syndrome after treatment for acute leukemia. Children with Down syndrome are at increased risk for side effects during treatment for acute leukemia, but it is unclear of their risk for long-term effects of cancer treatment. By learning more about the factors that may contribute to chronic health conditions and long-term effects after treatment for leukemia in persons with Down syndrome, clinical practice guidelines for survivorship care can be developed to help improve their quality-of-life. This phase III trial compares the effect of adding levocarnitine to standard chemotherapy versus (vs.) standard chemotherapy alone in protecting the liver in patients with leukemia or lymphoma. Asparaginase is part of the standard of care chemotherapy for the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), lymphoblastic lymphoma (LL), and mixed phenotype acute leukemia (MPAL). However, in adolescent and young adults (AYA) ages 15-39 years, liver toxicity from asparaginase is common and often prevents delivery of planned chemotherapy, thereby potentially compromising outcomes. Some groups of people may also be at higher risk for liver damage due to the presence of fat in the liver even before starting chemotherapy. Patients who are of Japanese descent, Native Hawaiian, Hispanic or Latinx may be at greater risk for liver damage from chemotherapy for this reason. Carnitine is a naturally occurring nutrient that is part of a typical diet and is also made by the body. Carnitine is necessary for metabolism and its deficiency or absence is associated with liver and other organ damage. Levocarnitine is a drug used to provide extra carnitine. Laboratory and real-world usage of the dietary supplement levocarnitine suggests its potential to prevent or reduce liver toxicity from asparaginase. The overall goal of this study is to determine whether adding levocarnitine to standard of care chemotherapy will reduce the chance of developing severe liver damage from asparaginase chemotherapy in ALL, LL and/or MPAL patients. This is a 52-week open-label extension (OLE) study that will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and effectiveness of NMRA-335140 in participants with major depressive disorder (MDD). Participants who completed a parent study investigating the efficacy and safety of NMRA-335140 as a treatment for MDD (ie, NMRA-335140-301, NMRA-335140-302, or NMRA-335140-303), and complete the 6 weeks double-blind treatment, provide informed consent, and meet eligibility criteria, may enter this extension study. This phase III trial compares the effect of giving triptorelin vs no triptorelin in preventing ovarian damage in adolescents and young adults (AYAs) with cancer receiving chemotherapy with an alkylating agents. Alkylating agents are part of standard chemotherapy, but may cause damage to the ovaries. If the ovaries are not working well or completely shut down, then it will be difficult or impossible to get pregnant in the future. Triptorelin works by blocking certain hormones and causing the ovaries to slow down or pause normal activity. The triptorelin used in this study stays active in the body for 24 weeks or about 6 months after a dose is given. After triptorelin is cleared from the body, the ovaries resume normal activities. Adding triptorelin before the start of chemotherapy treatment may reduce the chances of damage to the ovaries. Read Less

Study Objective The purpose of this clinical study is to evaluate if biophoton therapy, delivered by Tesla BioHealing® Biophoton Generators (Biophotonizer), can treat diabetes. Study Design This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled intervention clinical study to assess the effectiveness of biophoton therapy in treating diabetes. Approximately 46 volunteers will participate in the study. Study Randomization The biostatistician will prepare a randomization schedule including a serial of subject numbers. A subject number will be randomly assigned to each study participant, which will assign them to either the control group or the treatment group. This phase lasts for 4 weeks. At the end of Week 4, the active devices will replace the placebo. Both groups will be actively participating in the study for 2 months (8 weeks). Other than the Informed Consent Form (ICF), all study information will be recorded by using the subject number. The Principal Investigator, study physicians, study nurses, data-entry specialists, and biostatisticians, as well as the participants, will be blinded about who received which product during the first two weeks of study participation. Study Enrollment Each potentially qualified volunteer will review the Informed Consent Form online (e-ICF) and Enrollment Criteria online (e-Criteria) first, then discuss the e-ICF and e-Criteria with the study team medical professional via telephone during the scheduled time.
