QM compared with placebo s.c. QM in US Black/African American and Hispanic participants with established ASCVD and elevated levels of Lp(a) who are treated for cardiovascular (CV) risk factors according to local practice/guidelines for the reduction of cardiovascular risk.

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a skin condition that may cause a rash and itching due to inflammation of the skin. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of single therapies and/or combination therapies for moderate to severe AD through multiple substudies.

The main purpose of study is to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of different dose levels of mRNA-1647 versus control in healthy cytomegalovirus (CMV)-seronegative and CMV-seropositive female and male participants 9 to 15 years of age.
