This phase III trial compares the effect of the combination of ramucirumab and pembrolizumab versus standard of care chemotherapy for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer that is stage IV or that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This trial may help doctors find out if giving ramucirumab with pembrolizumab is more effective at treating patients with stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer than standard chemotherapy. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and immunogenicity of efgartigimod PH20 SC in participants with active, moderate-to-severe TED, compared with placebo PH20 SC. After the screening period, eligible participants will be randomized in a 2:1 ratio to receive efgartigimod PH20 SC or placebo PH20 SC, respectively during the double-blinded treatment period (DBTP). At the end of the DBTP, participants may enter a follow-up observational period while off study drug. Some participants may also enter the open-label treatment period with efgartigimod PH20 SC. Migraine is a common neurological disorder typically characterized by attacks of throbbing, moderate to severe headache, often associated with nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound. Migraine is extremely common and disabling in children. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how safe and effective ubrogepant is in the acute treatment of migraine in children and adolescents. Ubrogepant is a drug approved for the acute treatment of migraine in adults. Children and adolescents (aged 6-17 years) with a history of migraine will be enrolled. The study will include 2 cohorts of participants - PK Cohort and Main Study (non-PK cohort). Participants aged 6-11 years in the PK Cohort will receive Dose A or Dose B of Ubrogepant for PK analysis to determine dose selection for the main study. In the main study, after dose selection, children aged 6-11 years will be randomized to receive either low or high dose of Ubrogepant or placebo. There is a 1 in 3 chance that a participant will be assigned to placebo. Adolescents aged 12-17 years will be randomized to receive either low or high dose of Ubrogepant or placebo with a 1 in 3 chance of placebo assignment. For qualifying migraine attacks, participants will receive oral tablets of the double-blind study intervention. There will be an option to take a second dose of double-blind study intervention (identical to initial dose), or rescue medication, at least 2 hours after the initial dose, for headache of moderate/severe intensity. Around 1059 participants will be enrolled in the study in approximately 120 sites in the United States. The study duration will be up to 6 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This is a 52-week open-label extension (OLE) study that will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and effectiveness of NMRA-335140 in participants with major depressive disorder (MDD). Participants who completed a parent study investigating the efficacy of NMRA-335140 as a treatment for MDD (ie, NMRA-335140-301, NMRA-335140-302, or NMRA-335140-303), who provide informed consent, and who have no evidence of safety concerns that would preclude treatment with NMRA-335140 may be enrolled into this extension study. This phase IIb trial tests whether metformin works in preventing oral cancer in patients with oral leukoplakia (white patches) or erythroplakia (red patches). Metformin is in a class of drugs called biguanides. Metformin helps to control the amount of glucose (sugar) in the blood. It decreases the amount of glucose patients absorb from food and the amount of glucose made by the liver. Metformin also increases the body's response to insulin, a natural substance that controls the amount of glucose in the blood. This trial may help researchers determine if metformin can stop changes in the mouth that are related to pre-cancer growths in the mouth. Read Less

The TricValve® Transcatheter Bicaval Valve System is a bicaval transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement system, which includes the TricValve® Transcatheter Bicaval Valve for superior vena cava (SVC) and the TricValve® Transcatheter Bicaval Valve for inferior vena cava (IVC). The TricValve® Transcatheter Bicaval Valves are pre-mounted into the TricValve® Delivery System which is used for percutaneous access and delivery of the TricValve® Transcatheter Bicaval Valve in the vena cava. The system is a single use, sterile device compatible with all the valve sizes. The prostheses are implanted percutaneously into the inferior and superior vena cava without disturbing the native tricuspid valve.
