Objective: To collect information on how often a solid tumor cancer might lose the Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) by next generation sequencing and perform apheresis to collect and store an eligible participant's own T cells for future use to make CAR T-Cell therapy for their disease treatment. Design: This is a non-interventional, observational study to evaluate participants with solid tumors with a high risk of relapse for incurable disease. No interventional therapy will be administered on this study. Some of the information regarding the participant's tumor analysis may be beneficial to management of their disease. Participants that meet all criteria may be enrolled and leukapheresed (blood cells collected). The goal of this study is to test A2B694, an autologous logic-gated Tmod™ CAR T-cell product in subjects with solid tumors including colorectal cancer (CRC), pancreatic cancer (PANC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), ovarian cancer (OVCA), mesothelioma (MESO), and other solid tumors that express MSLN and have lost HLA-A\*02 expression. This study is researching an experimental drug called REGN3767, also known as fianlimab (R3767), when combined with another medication called cemiplimab (each individually called a "study drug" or called "study drugs" when combined) compared with an approved medication called pembrolizumab. The objective of this study is to see if the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab is an effective treatment compared to pembrolizumab in patients that have had melanoma removal surgery but are still at high risk for the recurrence of the disease. Pembrolizumab is an approved treatment in some countries in this clinical setting. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from receiving the study drugs. * How much study drug is in the blood at different times. * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects). This is a parallel group, Phase 3, multinational, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled, 3-arm study for treatment of participants diagnosed with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD) with a history of inadequate response of topical treatment, on background topical corticosteroid (TCS) and/or topical calcineurin inhibitor (TCI). The purpose of this study is to measure the efficacy and safety of treatment with amlitelimab solution for subcutaneous (SC) injection compared with placebo in participants with moderate to severe AD aged 12 years and older on background TCS and/or TCI. Study details include: At the end of the treatment period, participants will have an option to enter a separate study: the blinded extension study EFC17600 (ESTUARY). For participants not entering the blinded extension Study EFC17600 (ESTUARY), the study duration will be up to 44 weeks including a 2 to 4-week screening, a 24-week randomized double-blind period, and a 16-week safety follow-up.
