The aim of "iSCAD," the International Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection (SCAD) Registry, is to serve as an internationally collaborative, multicenter registry coordinated by an experienced and centralized coordinating center in an effort to increase the pace of participant recruitment, and thereby increase statistical power of studies related to SCAD. The ultimate goal of iSCAD Registry is to facilitate the development of best practices and clinical guidelines for preventing SCAD or its recurrence. This observational study will be prospective and retrospective in its recruitment and will collect clinical information to better understand the natural history and prognosis for SCAD. Read Less

Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a permanent condition affecting every aspect of life including health, daily activities, and participation and quality of life. Persons with SCI are at high risk of pressure injury (PrI) throughout their lives due to loss of sensation, nerve damage and immobility. PrIs are local areas of damage to the skin and underlying soft tissue caused by pressure and shear commonly located over bony prominences. While most PrIs are hospital- or nursing home-acquired, in people with SCI, PrIs typically develop in the community. Community-acquired pressure injuries (CAPrIs) are common, devastating, and costly. This grant proposal will assess how well a decision support tool, called the Community Acquired Pressure Injury Prevention Field Implementation Tool (CAPP-FIT), is used in the clinic and how well it prevents CAPrIs. The CAPP-FIT will be implemented at seven sites across the country in a staggered fashion. The CAPP-FIT includes: 1) an automated Veteran survey to identify risks, actions, and resources needed to prevent CAPrIs and 2) a companion Provider Report immediately available in the electronic health record listing Veteran responses to survey items with recommended evidence-based provider actions. The Veteran survey can be completed via a secured email on the computer or phone. There are three aims in the proposal: Aim 1 is implementing the CAPP-FIT at the seven geographically diverse VA SCI clinics. After CAPP-FIT implementation, each site will determine how the CAPP-FIT will be maintained in clinical practice to support sustainability. Aim 2 assesses how well the CAPP-FIT prevents CAPrIs and CAPrI-associated hospitalizations and assesses provider and Veteran satisfaction. The primary objectives of the study are: (1) in the dose-escalation part: to evaluate safety and tolerability and to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of farletuzumab ecteribulin (MORAb-202) in participants with selected tumor types (ovarian cancer \[OC\], endometrial cancer \[EC\], non-small cell lung carcinoma \[NSCLC\], triple-negative breast cancer \[TNBC\]), and (2) in dose-confirmation part: to evaluate preliminary efficacy measured by objective response rate (ORR) of farletuzumab ecteribulin (MORAb-202) in participants with OC and EC at selected doses and to further evaluate the safety and tolerability of farletuzumab ecteribulin (MORAb-202) and (3) dose-optimization part. (divided in two parts: Part A \[OC and EC participants\] and Part B \[EC only\]): Part A: to evaluate other farletuzumab ecteribulin (MORAb-202) treatment regimens for safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy in participants with OC and EC; to evaluate the use of the addition of short course of oral corticosteroids following every dose of farletuzumab ecteribulin (MORAb-202) administered every 21 days, as mitigation strategy for interstitial lung disease (ILD); and to select treatment regimens with farletuzumab ecteribulin (MORAb-202) for further evaluation in Part B. Pediatric cancer survivors are at an increased risk of excessive weight gain and reduced exercise behaviors with the potential for this risk to worsen over time. With over 80% of pediatric cancer patients living to adulthood, many pediatric cancer survivors experience long-term health consequences such as heart disease - the leading cause of death in this population. The purpose of this clinical research study is to teach parents/caregivers skills that will help prevent and reduce the problems of obesity in childhood cancer survivors. In this study, parents have the opportunity to participate in one of two web-based groups in which parents in either group will learn valuable information to improve the health of their child and of themselves. This international multi-center registry is used to collect existing information and outcomes for patients undergoing an operation for treatment of injuries to the brain including the blockage of blood flow to an area of the brain, an abnormal ballooning of an artery, abnormal tangling of blood vessels, abnormal formation of blood vessels, tearing of vein, and bleeding in the brain. This information is used to help predict outcomes that undergo an operation for treatment of the above-listed brain injuries. To evaluate pain relief from corticosteroid injection with and without anesthetic as well as with variable volume of anesthetic. Pain relief will be measured using the VAS pain score at the time of the injection as well as several time points following the injection to capture pain relief longevity. The investigators intend to evaluate how well the patients tolerate corticosteroid mixtures without anesthetic as well as with different volumes of anesthetic. Primary measure will be the time from procedure when postoperative status is considered success (as measured by global perceived improvement score). Read Less
