Randomized Trial of Cold EMR Compared to Hybrid Cold EMR.
Recruiting
The goal of this randomized clinical trial is to learn if a combination of hot and cold EMR technique is associated with a lower risk of polyp recurrence without increasing the risk of complication when removing large polyps. Participants will undergo EMR and return for a follow-up endoscopy in 3-6 months to check for polyp recurrence.

S1703 Serum Tumor Marker Directed Disease Monitoring in Patients With Hormone Receptor Positive Her2 Negative Metastatic Breast Cancer
Recruiting
This randomized research trial studies how well serum tumor marker directed disease monitoring works in monitoring patients with hormone receptor positive Her2 negative breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Using markers to prompt when scans should be ordered may be as good as the usual approach to monitoring disease.

Testing the Use of the Usual Chemotherapy Before and After Surgery for Removable Pancreatic Cancer
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares perioperative chemotherapy (given before and after surgery) versus adjuvant chemotherapy (given after surgery) for the treatment of pancreatic cancer that can be removed by surgery (removable/resectable). Chemotherapy drugs, such as fluorouracil, irinotecan, leucovorin, and oxaliplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving chemotherapy before... Read More
