Prospective, randomized controlled, single-blind, multicenter, clinical trial to demonstrate the safety and efficacy of the SELUTION SLR 014 PTCA DEB for treatment of de novo lesions in small coronary vessels, defined as reference vessel diameter (RVD) of 2.00 mm to 2.75 mm, in support of a pre-market approval (PMA) application to the United States (US) FDA. The Study will enroll up to 910 randomized subjects, up to 30 subjects in a parallel angiographic substudy, and up to 20 subjects in a parallel pharmacokinetic (pK) substudy, at up to 80 sites in the US, Canada, Brazil, Japan and Europe. This phase II trial studies how well giving oxaliplatin over 6 hours works in treating nerve damage in patients with gastrointestinal cancers. Oxaliplatin can cause side effects such as nerve damage that may delay or reduce the dose of oxaliplatin. Giving oxaliplatin over a longer period of time (6 hours) may prevent or delay the development of nerve damage, which may keep patients on standard doses of chemotherapy longer, without having to delay treatment. The goal of this clinical trial is to determine the impact of omega-3 fatty acids on the production of anti-inflammatory effects and clinical improvement in people with depression who have not responded well to standard antidepressant treatment. The main questions it seeks to answer are: 1. Do omega-3 fatty acids added to ineffective antidepressant treatment increase production of compounds that reduce inflammation? 2. Is the increase in these anti-inflammatory compounds associated with a stronger antidepressant effect? Participants taking antidepressants that have not worked completely will be assigned at random for a 12-week period to one of the following: 1. an omega-3 preparation 2. an inactive placebo During the course of the study, blood tests will be obtained for compounds associated with inflammation, and questionnaires to measure clinical improvement in depressive symptoms will be administered. This is a multicenter, randomized, open label phase lll trial to assess whether preoperative chemotherapy, as an adjunct to curative-intent surgery, improves the prognosis of high risk DDLPS (dedifferentiated Liposarcoma) and LMS (Leiomyosarcoma) patients as measured by disease free survival. Prospective, controlled, multicenter clinical investigation with four trial cohorts: Randomized, Non-repairable, Severe Mitral Annular Calcification (MAC) and Severe Mitral Annular Calcification Continued Access Protocol (MAC CAP). Subjects in the Randomized cohort will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to the trial device or to the MitraClip system. Subjects in the Non-repairable, Severe MAC, and Severe MAC CAP cohorts will receive the trial device. The objective of the Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Safety and Effectiveness of Using the Tendyne Transcatheter Mitral Valve System for the Treatment of Symptomatic Mitral Regurgitation (SUMMIT) is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Tendyne Transcatheter Mitral Valve System for the treatment of patients with symptomatic, moderate-to-severe or severe mitral regurgitation or for patients with symptomatic mitral valve disease due to severe mitral annular calcification. This randomized controlled trial will provide the opportunity to evaluate the safety and clinical benefits of the Tendyne Transcatheter Mitral Valve System compared to the MitraClip System in patients with symptomatic, moderate-to-severe or severe mitral regurgitation, within approved MitraClip indications. In addition, the safety and effectiveness of the Tendyne Transcatheter Mitral Valve System will be evaluated in patients with severe mitral annular calcification who are at prohibitive risk for mitral valve surgery. Patients who are not suitable for mitral valve surgery for reasons other than severe mitral annular calcification and are also not suitable for transcatheter repair with MitraClip, will be enrolled in the Non-repairable cohort. This research is being done because there is a need to improve cancer risk communication and decision-making among adolescents and young adults. In this study, the investigators are looking at whether using a chatbot and online portal for cancer risk information helps improve communication and decision-making. * Over 70,000 adolescents and young adults (AYAs) are diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. every year and up to 10% have genetic changes (or, mutations) that put them at a higher risk of developing new cancers during their lifetimes. These genetic mutations can result in cancer risk syndromes (such as, Lynch Syndrome or Li-Fraumeni Syndrome). Identifying cancer risk syndromes can allow for screening and early diagnosis of future cancers, which could ultimately save lives and offer more care choices for patients. As a result, genetic counseling and testing for cancer risk syndromes is being recommended more for Adolescents and Young Adults with new cancer diagnoses, regardless of family history. * This research study to develop an intervention called AYA-RISE that aims to assist AYAs with cancer risk communication and decision-making around their caregivers. This randomized controlled trial will test the efficacy and safety of automated insulin delivery (AID) in hospitalized patients with diabetes (type 1 or type 2) requiring insulin therapy who are admitted to general medical/surgical floors. The main objectives of this study are: * To test the efficacy and safety of AID versus multiple daily insulin injections (MDI) + CGM in the inpatient setting * To determine differences in CGM-derived metrics between AID and MDI plus CGM in the hospital and explore differences in treatment effect according to individual characteristics. Participants will be: * Randomized to AID + remote CGM (intervention) or multiple daily insulin injections (MDI) + CGM (control group) * Followed for a total of 10 days or until hospital discharge (if less than 10 days).
