This research is being done because there is a need to improve cancer risk communication and decision-making among adolescents and young adults. In this study, the investigators are looking at whether using a chatbot and online portal for cancer risk information helps improve communication and decision-making. * Over 70,000 adolescents and young adults (AYAs) are diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. every year and up to 10% have genetic changes (or, mutations) that put them at a higher risk of developing new cancers during their lifetimes. These genetic mutations can result in cancer risk syndromes (such as, Lynch Syndrome or Li-Fraumeni Syndrome). Identifying cancer risk syndromes can allow for screening and early diagnosis of future cancers, which could ultimately save lives and offer more care choices for patients. As a result, genetic counseling and testing for cancer risk syndromes is being recommended more for Adolescents and Young Adults with new cancer diagnoses, regardless of family history. * This research study to develop an intervention called AYA-RISE that aims to assist AYAs with cancer risk communication and decision-making around their caregivers. This randomized controlled trial will test the efficacy and safety of automated insulin delivery (AID) in hospitalized patients with diabetes (type 1 or type 2) requiring insulin therapy who are admitted to general medical/surgical floors. The main objectives of this study are: * To test the efficacy and safety of AID versus multiple daily insulin injections (MDI) + CGM in the inpatient setting * To determine differences in CGM-derived metrics between AID and MDI plus CGM in the hospital and explore differences in treatment effect according to individual characteristics. Participants will be: * Randomized to AID + remote CGM (intervention) or multiple daily insulin injections (MDI) + CGM (control group) * Followed for a total of 10 days or until hospital discharge (if less than 10 days). In this study, researchers will learn more about a study drug called litifilimab (BIIB059) in participants with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The study will focus on participants who have active disease and are already taking standard of care medications. These may include antimalarials, steroids, and immunosuppressants. The main objective of the study is to learn about the effect litifilimab has on lowering the activity of the disease. The main question researchers want to answer is: - How many participants have an improvement in their symptoms after 52 weeks of treatment? Researchers will answer this and other questions by measuring the symptoms of SLE over time using a variety of scoring tools. These include the SLE Responder Index (SRI), the Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index-2000 (SLEDAI-2K), and the Patient Global Assessment - Visual Analog Scale (PGA-VAS). Researchers will also learn more about the safety of litifilimab. They will study how participants' immune systems respond to litifilimab. Additionally, they will measure the effect litifilimab and SLE have on the quality of life of participants using a group of questionnaires. The study will be done as follows: * After screening, participants will be randomized to receive either a high or low dose of litifilimab, or placebo. A placebo looks like the study drug but contains no real medicine. * All participants will receive either litifilimab or placebo as injections under the skin once every 4 weeks. The treatment period will last 52 weeks. Participants will continue to take their standard of care medications. * Neither the researchers nor the participants will know if the participants are receiving litifilimab or placebo. * There will be a follow-up safety period that lasts up to 24 weeks. * In total, participants will have up to 22 study visits. This clinical trial evaluates if in-person acupuncture or virtual acupressure therapy prevents aromatase inhibitor-associated joint pain in Non-Hispanic Black postmenopausal women with stage I-III (early-stage) hormone receptor positive (HR+) breast cancer. Aromatase inhibitors (AI) are medications that prevent the formation of the hormone estrogen. They are used in the treatment of postmenopausal women who have hormone-dependent breast cancer. AI therapy prolongs life among patients with early-stage HR+ breast cancer. Many postmenopausal women stop AI therapy early due to debilitating joint pain (arthralgias). Non-Hispanic Black women are more likely to experience side effects and stop their hormonal therapy compared to Non-Hispanic white women. Acupuncture therapy involves inserting thin needles through the skin at specific points on the body to control pain. Acupressure therapy uses the application of pressure or localized massage to specific sites on the body to control symptoms such as pain. Acupuncture and acupressure are types of complementary and alternative medicine. Undergoing in-person acupuncture or participating in virtual acupressure may prevent AI-associated arthralgias (AIAA) in Non-Hispanic Black postmenopausal women with early-stage HR+ breast cancer. This phase I trial finds out the best dose and side effects of venetoclax and tocilizumab in treating patients with t(11;14) multiple myeloma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Venetoclax may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for cancer cell survival. Tocilizumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Tocilizumab is used to treat side effects from immune therapy in patients with myeloma. Giving venetoclax and tocilizumab may kill more cancer cells. Read Less

This study is a prospective randomized placebo-controlled phase 2 study to compare CYP-001 plus corticosteroids (CS) to placebo plus CS in allogeneic hematologic stem cell transplant recipients with HR-aGvHD. Severity of GvHD will be assessed at screening and throughout the study using Mount Sinai Acute GvHD International Consortium (MAGIC) guidelines. Eligible subjects will be randomized to receive either CYP-001 IV infusion on Days 0 and 4 or placebo on the same days. All subjects will receive ongoing CS therapy as appropriate per institutional guidelines. Subjects will have study visits up to Day 100 during the Primary Evaluation Period. During the Follow-Up Period, subjects will have study visits up to 24 months. Read Less
