The overall purpose of this pilot study is to assess the feasibility and acceptability of an in-person faith-based intervention to help people stop tobacco use. The study will address use of different types of tobacco products, such as smoking combustible cigarettes, cigarillos and little filtered cigars, and using/vaping electronic nicotine delivery systems (vape pens, e-cigs, and JUUL). The intervention consists of 12 weekly meetings in which participants will go through BREATHE Free, a study guide curriculum designed to teach character strengths and promote resilience. This pilot research will provide information and practical lessons on how to improve Breathe Free implementation, increase engagement of the local people, and maximize their benefit. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Do participants find BREATHE Free curriculum acceptable, engaging and helpful to stop tobacco use? * Do participants who complete BREATHE Free curriculum smoke fewer cigarettes per day? Researchers will assign participants to either BREATHE Free curriculum or usual care. Participants will: * Be taught BREATHE Free curriculum or be given information and referral to tobacco quit line * BREATHE Free group will attend 12 group meetings held on the university campus * All participants will answer interview questions related to tobacco use, character strengths and resilience * Expired Carbon Monoxide (CO) will be assessed in all participants. This is a multi-center, open-label, first-in-human Phase 1 study evaluating the anti-programmed death receptor 1 (anti-PD-1) antibody dostarlimab (also known as TSR-042) n participants with advanced solid tumors who have limited available treatment options. The study will be conducted in 2 parts with Part 1 consisting of safety evaluation, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PDy) of escalating doses of dostarlimab. Dose escalation will be based on ascending weight-based dose levels (DLs) of dostarlimab and will continue until the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) is reached or may be stopped at any dose level up to the highest dose of 20 milligrams per kilograms (mg/kg) based on emerging safety and PK/PDy data. Part 2 will be conducted in two subparts, Part 2A (fixed-dose safety evaluation cohorts) and Part 2B (expansion cohorts). Part 2A of the study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of dostarlimab at fixed doses of 500 mg administered every 3 weeks (Q3W) and 1000 mg administered every 6 weeks (Q6W). Phase III, multicenter, randomized study with two arms (1:1 ratio) enrolling patients with AML relapsed/refractory after 2, 3, or 4 prior induction regimens: Experimental arm: DFP-10917 14-day continuous intravenous (IV) infusion at a dose of 6 mg/m²/day followed by a 14-day resting period per 28-day cycles. The purpose of this study is to create a registry to provide insight into treatment selection and treatment outcome of pancreatic IRE in order to develop an evidence base such that physicians can provide the best possible care to patients with pancreatic cancer requiring surgical interventions. The investigators seek a better understanding of the uses of ablation in the treatment of unresectable soft tissue pancreatic tumors and the limitations, concerns and complications that earlier users have. The goal of this study is to assess the efficacy of induction treatment with daratumumab-hyaluronidase (dara SC) with cyclophosphamide, bortezomib, and dexamethasone (Dara-CyBorD) for four cycles in patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma who have new onset renal failure. This study will also investigate the difference responses in African American (AA) patients versus non-African American patients. The primary questions this study aims to answer are: 1. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of a physician led, multi-disciplinary approach to treating obesity that incorporates nutrition (mainly, using genetics to identify appropriate food intake), exercise, and motivational counseling. The investigators plan to recruit overweight/obese (BMI\>25) males and females to participate. Participants will be randomized to receive a personalized diet plan, or a standard care diet plan; both groups will participate in the exercise intervention. For a 6-month duration, both groups will be asked to improve their diet according to their dietary plan and participate in moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (gradual increase up to 300 min/week). The investigators intend to evaluate standard outcomes of weight loss, and assess for any predictors of positive outcomes. Following the six-month intervention, participants will complete a 3-month no contact phase. This no contact phase will provide insight into the effects of the study on weight loss maintenance. Our team also plans to address acceptability by providing evaluations to study participants and conducting interviews with a small subset of participants to improve the intervention for the future. The objective is to determine the length-tension properties of the anal sphincters using Fecobionics in normal subjects and FI patients during anal distension and during simulated evacuation. Fecobionics has the consistency and shape of normal stool and can record pressures, cross-sectional area, orientation and viscoelastic properties of the anorectum and can map the geometric profiles during evacuation, and thereby provides multi-dimensional measurements of pressures, deformability, and topographic changes. Fecobionics combines several existing tests to provide novel insight into anorectal function. The purpose for the development was to overcome the technological controversies and disagreement between various tests and unphysiological test conditions. The aim was to imitate defecation as much as possible to the natural process. Fecobionics was developed to simulate stool and to provide the driving pressure and resulting deformations of stool along with a measure of an objective anorectal angle during defecation in a single examination. Fecobionics makes it possible to describe objectively, without disturbing the defecation process, the opening characteristics and pressure signatures during initial entry into the relaxing anal canal. The overall goal is to provide mechanistic understanding of defecation in health and defecatory disorders. It exceeds previous attempts to make artificial stool for evaluation of defecation (BET and FECOM) and integrates other technologies as well. It was designed to have a consistency and deformability of Type 4 (range type 3-5) on the Bristol stool form scale. The range from types 3-5 is found in 70% of normal subjects.
