This MyeloMATCH Master Screening and Reassessment Protocol (MSRP) evaluates the use of a screening tool and specific laboratory tests to help improve participants' ability to register to clinical trials throughout the course of their myeloid cancer (acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome) treatment. This study involves testing patients' bone marrow and blood for certain biomarkers. A biomarker (sometimes called a marker) is any molecule in the body that can be measured. Doctors look at markers to learn what is happening in the body. Knowing about certain markers can give doctors more information about what is driving the cancer and how to treat it. Testing patients' bone marrow and blood will show doctors if patients have markers that specific drugs can target. The marker testing in this study will let doctors know if they can match patients with a treatment study (myeloMATCH clinical trial) that tests treatment for the type of cancer they have or continue standard of care treatment with their doctor on the Tier Advancement Pathway (TAP). The goal of this Phase 2 clinical trial is to investigate the efficacy and safety of NEU-411 in men and women aged 40-80 years with early Parkinson's Disease (PD) who have predicted elevations in the activity of the "leucine-rich repeat kinase 2" ("LRRK2" for short) pathway based on their genetic profile. This phase III trial compares the effect of adding immunotherapy (brentuximab vedotin and nivolumab) to standard treatment (chemotherapy with or without radiation) to the standard treatment alone in improving survival in patients with stage I and II classical Hodgkin lymphoma. Brentuximab vedotin is in a class of medications called antibody-drug conjugates. It is made of a monoclonal antibody called brentuximab that is linked to a cytotoxic agent called vedotin. Brentuximab attaches to CD30 positive lymphoma cells in a targeted way and delivers vedotin to kill them. A monoclonal antibody is a type of protein that can bind to certain targets in the body, such as molecules that cause the body to make an immune response (antigens). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs such as doxorubicin hydrochloride, bleomycin sulfate, vinblastine sulfate, dacarbazine, and procarbazine hydrochloride work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Cyclophosphamide is in a class of medications called alkylating agents. It works by damaging the cell's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and may kill cancer cells. It may also lower the body's immune response. Etoposide is in a class of medications known as podophyllotoxin derivatives. It blocks a certain enzyme needed for cell division and DNA repair and may kill cancer cells. Vincristine is in a class of medications called vinca alkaloids. It works by stopping cancer cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Prednisone is in a class of medications called corticosteroids. It is used to reduce inflammation and lower the body's immune response to help lessen the side effects of chemotherapy drugs. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Adding immunotherapy to the standard treatment of chemotherapy with or without radiation may increase survival and/or fewer short-term or long-term side effects in patients with classical Hodgkin lymphoma compared to the standard treatment alone. This study is open to adults with chronic kidney disease (CKD) that is at risk of getting worse. People who have taken a specific type of medication for kidney disease called SGLT2 inhibitor within 1 month before the study or have certain health conditions cannot take part in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called vicadrostat, used in combination with another medicine called empagliflozin, works in people with chronic kidney disease. In this study, participants are randomly assigned to one of two groups. Participants have an equal chance of being assigned to either group. In one group, participants take the 2 study medicines, vicadrostat and empagliflozin, every day for 3 months. In the other group, participants take placebo and empagliflozin for the first 1.5 months, and then they take vicadrostat and empagliflozin together for the next 1.5 months. The study medicines are taken orally as tablets. Placebo tablets look like vicadrostat tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants are in the study for about 4 months. During this time, they visit the study site multiple times. Doctors regularly test kidney function by measuring specific proteins in the blood and urine. The results are compared between the two groups to see whether there are differences between starting the study medicines at the same time or one after the other. This study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of the PDS with Ranibizumab in participants with DME when treated every 24 weeks (Q24W) compared with intravitreal ranibizumab 0.5 mg every 4 weeks (Q4W). The substudy will evaluate safety of re-implanting the updated PDS with ranibizumab and the refill-exchange procedures following re-implantation in participants with DME who were previously enrolled in the main Study, GR40550. Aortix is a circulatory support device for chronic heart failure patients on medical management who have been hospitalized for acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF) and have persistent congestion despite usual medical therapy. This study is open to people 50 years or older with an eye condition called geographic atrophy. The purpose of this study is to compare a medicine called BI 771716 with a medicine called pegcetacoplan. BI 771716 is being developed to treat people with geographic atrophy. Pegcetacoplan is a medicine already used to treat people with geographic atrophy. In this study, participants receive either BI 771716 or pegcetacoplan as injections in the eye. Participants are in the study for a little longer than a year and visit the study site every 4 weeks. At the visits, the study doctor checks the eyes of the participants. The results are compared between the groups of participants to see whether the treatment works. The study doctor also regularly checks participants' health and takes note of any unwanted effects. This phase III trial compares the effectiveness of rituximab to mosunetuzumab in treating patients with follicular lymphoma with a low tumor burden. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody. It binds to a protein called CD20, which is found on B cells (a type of white blood cell) and some types of cancer cells. This may help the immune system kill cancer cells. Mosunetuzumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread.
