Efficacy and Safety of Trimodulin (BT588) in Subjects With Severe Community-acquired Pneumonia (sCAP)

The main objective of the trial is to assess the efficacy and safety of trimodulin as adjunctive treatment to standard of care (SoC) compared to placebo plus SoC in adult hospitalized subjects with sCAP on invasive mechanical ventilation (IMV).
Other objectives are to determine detailed pharmacokinetic (PK) properties of trimodulin in a PK substudy and to determine its pharmacodynamic (PD) properties.

A Study to Investigate the Effect of Lepodisiran on the Reduction of Major Adverse Cardiovascular Events in Adults With Elevated Lipoprotein(a) - ACCLAIM-Lp(a)

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of lepodisiran in reducing cardiovascular risk in participants with high lipoprotein(a) who have cardiovascular disease or are at risk of a heart attack or stroke. The study drug will be administered subcutaneously (SC) (under the skin). Approximately 1700 additional participants will be enrolled in an addendum to explore Lp(a) lowering with an alternative dosing schema.

Naxitamab Added to Induction for Newly Diagnosed High-Risk Neuroblastoma
Recruiting
This is a prospective, multicenter clinical trial in subjects with newly diagnosed high-risk neuroblastoma to evaluate the efficacy and safety of administering naxitamab with standard induction therapy. The initial chemotherapy will include 5 cycles of multi-agent chemotherapy. Naxitamab will be added to all 5 Induction cycles. We hypothesize that the addition of anti-GD2 therapy to induction chemotherapy will result in improved end of induction responses and improved survival.
