The purpose of this study is to understand the safety and effectiveness of the study drug, Dysport® when compared with placebo in preventing episodic migraine. A migraine is a headache with severe throbbing pain or a pulsating sensation, usually on one side of the head, and is often accompanied by feeling or being sick and a sensitivity to bright lights and sound. Episodic Migraine is defined as having less than 15 days of headache a month with at least 6 days with migraine headaches. Migraines are caused by a series of events which cause the brain to get stimulated / activated, which results in the release of chemicals that cause pain. Dysport® is a formulation of Botulinum toxin type A (BoNT-A), a medication that stops the release of these chemical messengers. The study will consist of 3 periods: A 'screening period' of 6 to 12 weeks to assess whether the participant can take part to the study and requires 1 visit. A first Treatment Phase of 24 weeks. On Day 1 and at Week 12 of the first Treatment Phase, participants will receive injections into various muscles across the head, neck, face and shoulders. The injections will contain either a dose "A" or a dose ''B'' of Dysport® or a placebo (an inactive substance or treatment that looks the same as, and is given in the same way as, an active drug or intervention/treatment being studied). Participants will make 4 visits to the clinic in person and have 4 remote (online) visits. A second Treatment Phase of 24 weeks (extension phase). At Week 24 and at Week 36, all participants will get Dysport® (dose "A" or dose "B"). There will be 3 in person visits and 4 remote visits. Participants will need to complete an e-diary and questionnaires throughout the study. Participants will undergo blood samplings, urine collections, physical examinations, and clinical evaluations. The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate if the study drug, CIN-103, can help reduce the symptoms associated with irritable bowel syndrome with predominant diarrhea (IBS-D) in adult patients. The main questions it aims to answer are: To evaluate the efficacy of CIN-103 on symptoms of IBS-D when given to patients with IBS-D compared to a placebo. To evaluate the safety and tolerability of CIN-103 when given to patients with IBS-D compared to a placebo Participants will attend the following visits: Screening Period (1 Visit) Baseline Period (1 Visit) Will complete daily diary and other Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) as described in the protocol to assess eligibility for continued participation. 12-Week Treatment Period (5 Visits) Study drug taken twice daily by mouth. Will complete daily diaries and other PROs as described in the protocol. Follow- Up Period (1 Visit) Researchers will compare CIN-103 Dose 1, CIN-103 Dose 2, and placebo, to evaluate the clinical response to multiple dose strengths of CIN-103 relative to placebo on abdominal pain and stool consistency along with safety and tolerability. The study is being done to see if ziltivekimab can be used to treat participants living with heart failure and inflammation. Participants will either get ziltivekimab (active medicine) or placebo (inactive substance that looks like the study medicine but does not contain any medicine). The treatment participants get is decided by chance. Participant's chance of getting ziltivekimab or placebo is the same. Ziltivekimab is not yet approved in any country or region in the world. This phase II trial studies how well inotuzumab ozogamicin works in treating younger patients with B-lymphoblastic lymphoma or CD22 positive B acute lymphoblastic leukemia that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Inotuzumab ozogamicin is a monoclonal antibody, called inotuzumab, linked to a toxic agent called ozogamicin. The main objective of the study is to assess efficacy and safety of dupilumab given up to 24 weeks in adults with CPUO. This is a master protocol which includes 2 parallel-treatment, double-blind, 2- arm Phase 3 staggered studies of similar design (Study A and Study B) in male and female participants aged 18 to 90 years with CPUO. Study B design may be adapted based on the results of Study A. For both Study A and B, after an up-to-4-week screening period, participants with severe pruritus (worst-itch numerical rating scale [WI-NRS ≥7) will enter a 4-week run-in period during with a non-sedative antihistamine and an emollient (moisturizer). Participants with severe pruritus (WI-NRS ≥7) at baseline will be randomized (1:1) to be treated for 24 weeks (Study A) or 12 weeks (Study B) with either dupilumab or matching placebo in addition to their antihistamine and emollient regimen. This is an interventional, randomized, parallel group, treatment, Phase 3b/4, double blind, 2-arm study to assess the effect of dupilumab compared to standard of care therapy on preventing or slowing the rate of lung function decline in adult patients with uncontrolled moderate to severe asthma.
