Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when ABBV-400 is given in combination with Fluorouracil, Folinic Acid, and Bevacizumab to adult participants to treat unresctable metastatic colorectal cancer. ABBV-400 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer. Fluorouracil, folinic acid, and bevacizumab is an drug approved for the treatment of unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. Each treatment arm receives a different dose of ABBV-400 in combination with fluorouracil, folinic acid, and bevacizumab (FFB) in escalating doses on two different schedules (safety lead in), followed by low or high doses of ABBV-400 in combination with FFB or fluorouracil, folinic acid, irinotecan, and bevacizumab (standard of care \[SOC\]) \[dose optimization\] on its own. Approximately 206 adult participants with unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer will be enrolled in the study in 65 sites worldwide. In the safety lead in, participants will receive escalating intravenous (IV) ABBV-400 in combination with IV FFB on two different schedules. During the dose optimization participants will receive IV ABBV-400 in combination with FFB at low or high doses determined in the safety lead in. The dose optimization arm will also include a comparator cohort in which participants will receive SOC. The study will run for a duration of approximately 3 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). This phase III ALCHEMIST trial tests the addition of pembrolizumab to usual chemotherapy for the treatment of stage IIA, IIB, IIIA or IIIB non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as cisplatin, pemetrexed, carboplatin, gemcitabine hydrochloride, and paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving pembrolizumab with usual chemotherapy may help increase survival times in patients with stage IIA, IIB, IIIA or IIIB non-small cell lung cancer. Read Less

This is an open-label, multicenter, extension study. Patients who are receiving clinical benefit from atezolizumab monotherapy or atezolizumab in combination with other agent(s) or combination/comparator agent(s) during participation in a Genentech or Roche-sponsored study (the parent study), who are eligible to continue treatment and who do not have access to the study treatment locally, may continue to receive study treatment in this extension study following roll-over from the parent study. This screening and multi-sub-study randomized phase II/III trial will establish a method for genomic screening of similar large cancer populations followed by assigning and accruing simultaneously to a multi-sub-study hybrid Master Protocol (Lung-MAP). The type of cancer trait (biomarker) will determine to which sub-study, within this protocol, a participant will be assigned to compare new targeted cancer therapy, designed to block the growth and spread of cancer, or combinations to standard of care therapy with the ultimate goal of being able to approve new targeted therapies in this setting. The purpose of this study is to evaluate efficacy and safety of osimertinib (tablet) in combination with Datopotamab Deruxtecan (i.v. infusion) compared with osimertinib (tablet) monotherapy as a first-line therapy in participants with locally advanced or metastatic EGFRm (Ex19del and/or L858R) NSCLC. Study details include: 1. The study duration will be event-driven, with an estimated duration of approximately 9 years. 2. Participants may receive study treatment until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or other specific discontinuation criteria are met. 3. The visit frequency will be every 3 weeks during the treatment period. Note: Participants on osimertinib treatment (osimertinib only arm or who have discontinued Datopotamab Deruxtecan while are still receiving osimertinib) are required to attend visits to perform assessments every 6 weeks from Cycle 7 until Cycle 17 and then visits every 12 weeks until disease progression, IP discontinuation or primary PFS DCO. Medicines that reduce the amount of testosterone in the body are commonly used to treat prostate cancer. PRL-02 depot is a potential treatment for men with advanced prostate cancer. It is given by an injection into the muscle. Men with advanced prostate cancer can take part in this study. Their cancer has come back after previous cancer treatment, or the previous cancer treatment they had didn't work. The main aims of the study are: * to check the safety of PRL-02 depot given with and without another medicine called enzalutamide. * to check if the men can tolerate PRL-02 depot given with or without enzalutamide. * to find a suitable dose of PRL-02 depot. This study will be in 2 parts. In the first part, different small groups of men will receive lower to higher doses of PRL-02 depot together with other medicines. In the second part of the study, men who have previously taken a hormone therapy called abiraterone acetate or have previously taken 1 specific hormone therapy as part of their prostate cancer treatment can take part. Men in both parts of the study will receive injections of PRL-02 depot into a muscle once every 12 weeks. They will also take dexamethasone or prednisone, or enzalutamide once a day. The other medicines they take depend on which group and which part of the study they are in. During the study, the men will visit the clinic several times for health checks and scans. After the final visit, men whose cancer has not become worse will continue to have health checks and scans every few months. Read Less

This phase II trial compares the usual treatment of radiation therapy alone to using the study drug, relugolix, plus the usual radiation therapy in patients with castration-sensitive prostate cancer that has spread to limited other parts of the body (oligometastatic). Relugolix is in a class of medications called gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) receptor antagonists. It works by decreasing the amount of testosterone (a male hormone) produced by the body. It may stop the growth of cancer cells that need testosterone to grow. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x rays or protons to kill tumor cells. Researchers are looking for new ways to treat people with endometrial cancer (EC) who have previously received treatment with platinum based therapy (a type of chemotherapy) and immunotherapy.
