The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of retatrutide in participants who have obesity or overweight (J1I-MC-GZBJ master protocol) including subsets of participants who have knee osteoarthritis (OA) (J1I-MC-GOA1) or who have obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) (J1I-MC-GSA1). The goal of this observational study is to learn about functional and patient reported outcomes in patient undergoing total wrist replacement with the KinematX total wrist replacement study. The main questions it aims to answer are: What is the range of motion (flexion, extension, radial, ulnar, grip and pinch strength) at 3-, 6-, and 12-months after surgery and yearly up to 10 years among patients having total wrist replacement with the KinematX implant. What are the patient reported outcomes (PROMIS, PRWE, HSS wrist expectations) at 3-, 6-, and 12-months after surgery and yearly up to 10 years among patients having total wrist replacement with the KinematX implant. How do range of motion and patient reported outcomes change over the 10 years after total wrist replacement surgery? Participants will be followed according to standard of care and preoperative and post-operative information for up to 10 years after surgery will be collected and entered into an electronic data base. Basilar thumb arthritis is a common problem that affects 7% of men and 15% of women. It is regarded as one of the more painful procedures commonly performed by hand surgeons. Opioid overuse and diversion are significant problems in the country that contribute to opioid addiction as well as deaths from opioid overdose. Prior studies have examined the effect of different nerve block compositions on perioperative and postoperative analgesia, but none have looked at perioperative loading analgesia. We will attempt to address this problem by exploring alternative analgesia regimens to decrease opioid prescribing after 1st carpometacarpal (CMC) joint arthroplasty. Read Less
