The ICGG Gaucher Registry is an ongoing, international multi-center, strictly observational program that tracks the routine clinical outcomes for patients with Gaucher disease, irrespective of treatment status. No experimental intervention is involved; patients in the Registry undergo clinical assessments and receive care as determined by the patient's treating physician. The objectives of the Registry are: * To enhance understanding of the variability, progression, identification, and natural history of Gaucher disease, with the ultimate goal of better guiding and assessing therapeutic intervention. * To assist the Gaucher medical community with the development of recommendations for monitoring patients, and to provide reports on patient outcomes, to optimize patient care. * To characterize the Gaucher disease population. * To evaluate the long-term effectiveness of imiglucerase and of eliglustat. Gaucher Pregnancy Sub-registry: The primary objective of this Sub-registry is to track pregnancy outcomes, including complications and infant growth, in all women with Gaucher disease during pregnancy, regardless of whether they receive disease-specific therapy. No experimental intervention is given; thus a patient will undergo clinical assessments and receive standard of care treatment as determined by the patient's physician.If a patient consents to this Sub-registry, information about the patient's medical and obstetric history, pregnancy, and birth will be collected, and, if a patient consents to data collection for her infant, data on infant growth through month 36 postpartum will be collected. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a common cancer worldwide and a leading cause of cancer-related death. The majority of participants first presenting with HCC have advanced unresectable or metastatic disease. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the optimized dose, adverse events, and efficacy of livmoniplimab in combination with budigalimab. Livmoniplimab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of HCC. There are 2 stages to this study. In Stage 1, there are 3 treatment arms and participants will be randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio. Participants will either receive livmoniplimab (at different doses) in combination with budigalimab (another investigational drug), atezolizumab in combination with bevacizumab, or tremelimumab in combination with durvalumab. In Stage 2, there are 2 treatments arms and participants will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio. Participants will either receive livmoniplimab (optimized dose) in combination with budigalimab or tremelimumab in combination with durvalumab. Approximately 660 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across 185 sites worldwide. Stage 1: In arm 1, participants will receive intravenously (IV) infused livmoniplimab (Dose 1) in combination with IV infused budigalimab, every 3 weeks. In arm 2, participants will receive IV infused livmoniplimab (Dose 2) in combination with IV infused budigalimab, every 3 weeks. In Arm 3 (control), participants will receive the investigator's choice: IV atezolizumab in combination with IV bevacizumab every 3 weeks or single dose IV tremelimumab in combination with IV durvalumab every 4 weeks. Stage 2: In arm 1, participants will receive IV infused livmoniplimab (optimized dose) in combination with IV infused budigalimab, every 3 weeks. In Arm 2 (control), participants will receive single dose IV tremelimumab in combination with IV durvalumab every 4 weeks. All participants will continue treatment until disease progression or discontinuation criteria are met, whichever occurs first. The estimated duration of this study is about 56 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. This phase III trial compares the effect of immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) plus chemotherapy (doxorubicin) to chemotherapy (doxorubicin) alone in treating patients with undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma (UPS) or a related poorly differentiated sarcoma that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) or that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Doxorubicin is in a class of medications called anthracyclines. Doxorubicin damages the cell's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and may kill tumor cells. It also blocks a certain enzyme needed for cell division and DNA repair. A monoclonal antibody is a type of protein that can bind to certain targets in the body, such as molecules that cause the body to make an immune response (antigens). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Adding immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) to the standard chemotherapy (doxorubicin) may help patients with metastatic or unresectable UPS or a related poorly differentiated sarcoma live longer without having disease progression. The purpose of each study is to independently measure the annualized relapse rate (ARR) with administration of frexalimab compared to a daily oral dose of teriflunomide in male and female participants with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (aged 18 to 55 years at the time of enrollment). People diagnosed with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis are eligible for enrollment as long as they meet all the inclusion criteria and none of the exclusion criteria. Study details include: * This event-driven study will have variable duration of approximately 40 months for the first participant being randomized and approximately 20 months for the last participant randomized. * The study intervention duration will vary ranging from approximately 12 to 40 months. * The assessment of scheduled visits will include 1 common end of study \[EOS\] visit and 3 follow-up visits) with a visit frequency of every 4 weeks for the first 6 months and then every 3 months. The goal of this clinical trial is to determine which crystalloid (saline or balanced) should be used in the critical management of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) in moderate or severe TBI patients. This trial will determine whether the use of saline or balanced crystalloids is associated with improved outcomes in TBI patients. Participants will 1. be given fluids through the veins, either saline or balanced fluid will be given. 2. From the first day to the day 14 of the hospitalization (or discharge, whichever comes first), vital signs, laboratory values, treatments given, and other medical data will be collected from the medical record. 3. Six months later, your final disability, if any, will be assessed during your follow-up with a doctor. It involves answering a short survey that will take about 5 minutes or less. Read Less

This investigator-initiated study will enroll about 30 adults 18 to 60 years of age with type 1 diabetes (T1D) who are using the Tandem t:slim X2 insulin pump with Control-IQ or Control-IQ+ technology ("Control-IQ" which will refer to either Control-IQ or Control-IQ+). The study is being done to find out if inhaled insulin given for a meal is safer and better to use than a bolus of insulin through your pump when you exercise following a meal.
