The state of Michigan currently has 91 active clinical trials seeking participants for Lymphoma research studies. These trials are conducted in various cities, including Ann Arbor, Detroit, Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo.
Chemoimmunotherapy and Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplant for NK T-cell Leukemia/Lymphoma
Recruiting
Patients are in 2 cohorts: Cohort 1: dexamethasone, methotrexate, ifosfamide, pegaspargase, and etoposide (modified SMILE) chemotherapy regimen alone and pembrolizumab in children, adolescents, and young adults with advanced stage NK lymphoma and leukemia Cohort 2: combining pralatrexate (PRX) (Cycles 1, 2, 4, 6) and brentuximab vedotin (BV) (Cycles 3, 5) to cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone in children, adolescent, and young adults with advanced peripheral T-cell lymphoma (non-anap... A(B)VD Followed by Nivolumab as Frontline Therapy for Higher Risk Patients With Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma (HL)
Recruiting
The aim of this study is to improve the chance of cure for people with higher risk Hodgkin lymphoma. The purpose of the Phase I study is to test any good and bad effects of the study drug called Nivolumab when combined with ABVD for the front-line treatment of HL.The purpose of this Phase II study is to test whether including nivolumab in treatment for untreated Hodgkin lymphoma can improve the chance of cure for patients with abnormal PET scans after 2 cycles of ABVD.

Study Adding Drugs to Usual Treatment for Large B-Cell Lymphoma That Returned or Did Not Respond to Treatment
Recruiting
This phase 2 trial studies the side effects and best dose of tazemetostat and zanubrutinib in combination with tafasitamab and lenalidomide, and to see how well these combinations work in treating patients with large B-cell lymphoma that returned or did not respond to earlier treatment. Tazemetostat is in a class of medications called EZH2 inhibitors. It helps to stop the spread of cancer cells. Zanubrutinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action o... Read More

Safety, PK, PD, Clinical Activity of KT-333 in Adult Patients With Refractory Lymphoma, Large Granular Lymphocytic Leukemia, Solid Tumors
Recruiting
This Phase 1a/1b study will evaluate the safety, tolerability and the pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) of KT-333 in Adult patients with Relapsed or Refractory (R/R) Lymphomas, Large Granular Lymphocytic Leukemia (LGL-L), T-cell prolymphocytic leukemia (T-PLL), and Solid Tumors. The Phase 1a stage of the study will explore escalating doses of single-agent KT-333. The Phase Ib stage will consist of 4 expansion cohorts to further characterize the safety, tolerability and the pharmacokineti... Read More

Rituximab With or Without Stem Cell Transplant in Treating Patients With Minimal Residual Disease-Negative Mantle Cell Lymphoma in First Complete Remission
Recruiting
This randomized phase III trial studies rituximab after stem cell transplant and to see how well it works compared with rituximab alone in treating patients with in minimal residual disease-negative mantle cell lymphoma in first complete remission. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving chemotherapy before a stem cell transplant helps kill any cancer cells that are in the body and helps make room in the patient's bone m... Read More
