IIMGN151-1001 is a Phase 1, first in human, open-label dose-escalation, optimization, and expansion study designed to characterize the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), immunogenicity, and preliminary antitumor activity of IMGN151 in adult participants with recurrent endometrial cancer; recurrent, high-grade serous epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancers; or recurrent cervical cancers. The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn the safety and effects of the study medicine (PF-07799544) administered as a single agent and in combination with other study medications in people with solid tumors. This study is seeking participants who have an advanced solid tumor for which the available treatments are no longer effective in controlling their cancer. All participants in this study will receive PF-07799544. PF-07799544 comes as a tablet to take by mouth daily (initially 2 times per day, but this could change to once daily or another frequency). Depending on the part of the study, participants may also receive another study medicine. * In the first part of the study, people with melanoma or other solid tumors may also receive encorafenib. Encorafenib comes as a capsule and is taken once per day. * In the second part of the study, people with melanoma or other cancers with abnormalities in a gene called "BRAF" will receive PF-07799544 with other study medicines (for example, PF-07799933). Participants may receive the study medicines for about 2 years. The study team will monitor how each participant is doing with the study treatment during regular visits at the study clinic. This phase I/II trial studies the best dose of M3814 when given together with radium-223 dichloride or with radium-223 dichloride and avelumab and to see how well they work in treating patients with castrate-resistant prostate cancer that had spread to other places in the body (metastatic). M3814 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Radioactive drugs, such as radium-223 dichloride, may carry radiation directly to tumor cells and not harm normal cells. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as avelumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This study is being done to find out the better treatment between radium-223 dichloride alone, radium-223 dichloride in combination with M3814, or radium-223 dichloride in combination with both M3814 and avelumab, to lower the chance of prostate cancer growing or spreading in the bone, and if this approach is better or worse than the usual approach for advanced prostate cancer not responsive to hormonal therapy. This study will enroll adult participants with early-stage (stage II-IIIB) non-small cell lung cancer for whom surgery is planned. The aim is to find out whether an investigational treatment (consisting of the immunotherapy drug cemiplimab plus chemotherapy plus a third drug) works better than cemiplimab plus chemotherapy without the additional drug. The study is also looking at several other research questions, including: * What are the side effects associated with the investigational treatments in comparison to the control treatment? * Do the investigational treatments or the control treatment have an effect on the type of surgery that is performed? * How much of the study drug(s) are in the blood at a given time? * Does the body make antibodies against the study drugs (which could make the drugs less effective or could lead to side effects)? Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving cabozantinib, nivolumab, and ipilimumab may work better in treating patients with genitourinary tumors that have no treatment options compared to giving cabozantinib, nivolumab, or ipilimumab alone.
