This is a Phase 1b/2 study evaluating the anti-PD1 antibody, cemiplimab, in combination with either S095018 (anti-TIM3 antibody), S095024 (anti-CD73 antibody), or S095029 (anti-NKG2A antibody) in adult participants with previously untreated advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with high PD-L1 expression. The study includes two parts: part A, the combination-therapy safety lead-in phase to determine the recommended dose for expansion (RDE) for S095018, S095024, and S095029 in combination with cemiplimab and part B, the randomized dose expansion phase to assess the efficacy of S095018, S095024, or S095029 in combination with cemiplimab. This is a Phase III, randomised, open-label, multicentre, global study assessing the efficacy and safety of adjuvant Dato-DXd in combination with rilvegostomig compared with SoC, after complete surgical resection (R0) in participants with Stage I adenocarcinoma NSCLC who are ctDNA-positive, as determined by the Sponsor-designated ctDNA assay, or have at least one high-risk pathological feature. The purpose of this study is to evaluate efficacy and safety of osimertinib (tablet) in combination with Datopotamab Deruxtecan (i.v. infusion) compared with osimertinib (tablet) monotherapy as a first-line therapy in participants with locally advanced or metastatic EGFRm (Ex19del and/or L858R) NSCLC. Study details include: 1. The study duration will be event-driven, with an estimated duration of approximately 9 years. 2. Participants may receive study treatment until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or other specific discontinuation criteria are met. 3. The visit frequency will be every 3 weeks during the treatment period. Note: Participants on osimertinib treatment (osimertinib only arm or who have discontinued Datopotamab Deruxtecan while are still receiving osimertinib) are required to attend visits to perform assessments every 6 weeks from Cycle 7 until Cycle 17 and then visits every 12 weeks until disease progression, IP discontinuation or primary PFS DCO. This study is researching an experimental drug called fianlimab (also called REGN3767) with two other medications called cemiplimab and platinum-doublet chemotherapy, individually called a "study drug" or collectively called "study drugs", when combined in this study. The study is being conducted in patients who have resectable stage II to IIIB (N2) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that can be treated with surgery. The aim of the study is to see how effective the combination of fianlimab, cemiplimab, and chemotherapy is in comparison with cemiplimab and chemotherapy as peri-operative therapy in participants with NSCLC. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drugs * How much of each study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drugs (which could make the drugs less effective or could lead to side effects) * How administering the study drugs might affect quality of life Read Less

This screening and multi-sub-study randomized phase II/III trial will establish a method for genomic screening of similar large cancer populations followed by assigning and accruing simultaneously to a multi-sub-study hybrid Master Protocol (Lung-MAP). The type of cancer trait (biomarker) will determine to which sub-study, within this protocol, a participant will be assigned to compare new targeted cancer therapy, designed to block the growth and spread of cancer, or combinations to standard of care therapy with the ultimate goal of being able to approve new targeted therapies in this setting. The aim of this study is to provide darolutamide treatment to patients who participated in a previous study with darolutamide supported by Bayer and the treating doctor considers that the continuation of the treatment with darolutamide to be beneficial. Patients will be carried over from the previous studies and continue in this study with darolutamide treatment on the same dosage. The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn the safety and effects of the study medicine (PF-07799544) administered as a single agent and in combination with other study medications in people with solid tumors. This study is seeking participants who have an advanced solid tumor for which the available treatments are no longer effective in controlling their cancer. All participants in this study will receive PF-07799544. PF-07799544 comes as a tablet to take by mouth daily (initially 2 times per day, but this could change to once daily or another frequency). Depending on the part of the study, participants may also receive another study medicine. * In the first part of the study, people with melanoma or other solid tumors may also receive encorafenib. Encorafenib comes as a capsule and is taken once per day. * In the second part of the study, people with melanoma or other cancers with abnormalities in a gene called "BRAF" will receive PF-07799544 with other study medicines (for example, PF-07799933). Participants may receive the study medicines for about 2 years. The study team will monitor how each participant is doing with the study treatment during regular visits at the study clinic. This study is seeking participants who have an advanced solid tumor with a certain type of abnormal gene called "BRAF" and available treatments are no longer effective in controlling their cancer. All participants in this study will receive PF-07799933. PF-07799933 comes as a tablet to take by mouth, 2 times a day. Depending on the part of the study, participants may also receive another study medicine: * People with melanoma or other solid tumors may also receive binimetinib. Binimetinib comes as a tablet to take by mouth, 2 times a day. * People with colorectal cancer may also receive cetuximab. Cetuximab will be given weekly (or every two weeks) in the clinic as a shot given in the vein or port (intravenous, IV). Participants may receive the study medicines for about 2 years. This study will enroll adult participants with early-stage (stage II-IIIB) non-small cell lung cancer for whom surgery is planned. The aim is to find out whether an investigational treatment (consisting of the immunotherapy drug cemiplimab plus chemotherapy plus a third drug) works better than cemiplimab plus chemotherapy without the additional drug.
