Researchers are looking for other ways to prevent severe illness from COVID-19. COVID-19 is a virus that most often causes mild flu or cold-like symptoms. However, people with certain health conditions or other factors have a high risk (chance) of getting severely ill from COVID-19, which can require a hospital stay or lead to death. Some people who are high risk for severe illness may be unable to take certain treatments for COVID-19 because they are not available to them, or they take other medicines that may react with a treatment and cause an unwanted effect. Molnupiravir (MK-4482) is a study medicine designed to stop the COVID-19 virus from copying itself in the body (multiplying). This clinical trial evaluates the use of self-collected vaginal samples for human papillomavirus (HPV) testing in patients referred for a colposcopy and/or cervical excisional procedures to improve cervical cancer prevention. HPV is a common virus which usually causes infections that last only a few months, but sometimes can last longer. It is known to cause a variety of cancers including cancer of the cervix. Even though there are ways to detect cervical cancer early, many individuals do not undergo screening that involves pelvic exams. Over half of all new cervical cancer cases are among those who have either never been screened or who are not screened enough. Without appropriate screening and care, preventable pre-cancers may turn into cancer. A new way to detect cervical cancer is to have individuals collect their own vaginal sample for HPV testing to know their risk for cervical cancer. This may give individuals more flexibility and comfort having the ability to collect samples themselves, compared to a doctor performing a speculum examination and collecting the samples in a clinic. This study compares clinical accuracy of HPV testing on self-collected vaginal samples versus cervical samples collected by clinician. The Self-collection for HPV Testing to Improve Cervical Cancer Prevention (SHIP) Trial is part of the National Cancer Institute (NCI)'s Cervical Cancer 'Last Mile' Initiative, a public private partnership that seeks to increase access to cervical cancer screening. The SHIP Trial focuses on developing clinical evidence to inform the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)'s regulatory reviews of self-collection approaches as alternative sample collection approaches for cervical cancer screening. Several industry partner-specific self-collection device and assay combinations will be non-competitively and independently evaluated with a similar study design framework to inform pre-approval and/or post-approval regulatory requirements. This phase III trial compares the addition of an immunotherapy drug (durvalumab) to usual chemotherapy versus usual chemotherapy alone in treating patients with MammaPrint Ultrahigh (MP2) stage II-III hormone receptor positive, HER2 negative breast cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as paclitaxel, doxorubicin, and cyclophosphamide work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. There is some evidence from previous clinical trials that people who have a MammaPrint Ultrahigh Risk result may be more likely to respond to chemotherapy and immunotherapy. This is a phase 3, randomized, placebo-controlled study of the efficacy and safety of enlicitide decanoate, an oral proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) inhibitor, in participants with high cardiovascular risk. This MyeloMATCH Master Screening and Reassessment Protocol (MSRP) evaluates the use of a screening tool and specific laboratory tests to help improve participants' ability to register to clinical trials throughout the course of their myeloid cancer (acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome) treatment. This study involves testing patients' bone marrow and blood for certain biomarkers. A biomarker (sometimes called a marker) is any molecule in the body that can be measured. Doctors look at markers to learn what is happening in the body. Knowing about certain markers can give doctors more information about what is driving the cancer and how to treat it. Testing patients' bone marrow and blood will show doctors if patients have markers that specific drugs can target. The marker testing in this study will let doctors know if they can match patients with a treatment study (myeloMATCH clinical trial) that tests treatment for the type of cancer they have or continue standard of care treatment with their doctor on the Tier Advancement Pathway (TAP). This phase III trial studies if selumetinib works just as well as the standard treatment with carboplatin/vincristine (CV) for subjects with NF1-associated low grade glioma (LGG), and to see if selumetinib is better than CV in improving vision in subjects with LGG of the optic pathway (vision nerves). Selumetinib is a drug that works by blocking some enzymes that low-grade glioma tumor cells need for their growth. This results in killing tumor cells. Drugs used as chemotherapy, such as carboplatin and vincristine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This study is open to adults aged 18 or above legal age with heart failure. People can join the study if they have heart failure symptoms and a left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of 40% or more. The purpose of this study is to find out whether vicadrostat (BI 690517) in combination with empagliflozin helps people with heart failure. Participants are put into 2 groups by chance. Every participant has an equal chance of being in each group. The groups are: * Vicadrostat and empagliflozin group: participants take vicadrostat and empagliflozin as tablets once a day. * Placebo and empagliflozin group: participants take placebo and empagliflozin as tablets once a day. Participants can stay in the study as long as they benefit from treatment and can tolerate it. During this time, they visit their doctors regularly. The doctors regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The study staff may also contact the participants by phone. Participants also regularly answer questions about their well-being. The study does not have a fixed duration. It continues until there is enough data to see if the treatment is working. Read Less
