DMX-200 (repagermanium) is a C-C chemokine receptor type 2 (CCR2) inhibitor that, when administered concurrently with an ARB, is designed to inhibit recruitment of monocytes implicated in the inflammatory chemokine environment of chronic disease. The purpose of this pivotal randomized double-blind study is to investigate the efficacy and safety of DMX-200 120 mg twice daily (BID) compared with placebo over a treatment period of 104 weeks in adult patients with FSGS who are being treated with an ARB. Given the rarity of the disease and the similarities between adults and pediatric patients with FSGS, Dimerix will also investigate the efficacy and safety of DMX 200 in adolescents aged 12 to 17 years. The double-blind period will be followed by an open-label extension (OLE) which aims to assess the long-term efficacy and safety of DMX 200 for up to 2 additional years. Read Less

To demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of the Shockwave Reducer for treatment of patients with refractory angina pectoris treated with maximally tolerated guideline-directed medical therapy who demonstrate objective evidence of reversible myocardial ischemia in the distribution of the left coronary artery and who are deemed unsuitable for revascularization. A non-randomized single-arm registry will further assess the safety and effectiveness of the Shockwave Reducer in selected subjects with reversible myocardial ischemia in the distribution of the right coronary artery and who are deemed unsuitable for revascularization, subjects without documented obstructive coronary disease and abnormal coronary flow reserve (ANOCA), and subjects who cannot complete an exercise tolerance test due to lower limb amputation (above the ankle) or other physiologic condition with documented chronic mobility or balance issues that require the use of a walking aid. This observational research study is to better understand patients with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) who have recently been prescribed DUPIXENT® (dupilumab). The purpose of this research study is to look at how DUPIXENT is used in normal care of patients with EoE. Possible benefits to others include a better understanding of EoE and helping to inform research and clinical trial design leading to treatment decisions in this patient population going forward. The primary purpose of this registry is to obtain real-world clinical experience of Paroxysmal (PAF) and Persistent (PsAF) Atrial Fibrillation ablation radiofrequency (RF) technologies. The goal of this study is to learn if GS-1427 is effective in treating participants with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis. The study will compare participants in different treatment groups treated with GS-1427 with participants treated with placebo. This is a placebo-controlled, randomized, double-blind, parallel group, phase 3 multicenter study in subjects recently hospitalized for ACS and with the appropriate genetic profile. Subjects will provide informed consent before any study-specific procedures are performed. A separate informed consent will be allowed for an initial pre-screening genetic testing. Subjects meeting the AA genotype will then consent to the full study and confirmatory genetic testing as required. Subject enrollment may begin in the hospital and will continue following release from the hospital or may begin following release from hospital. Screening procedures may be performed at the time of the index ACS event or anytime thereafter, with the condition that randomization must occur within the mandated window (up to12 weeks after the index event). This is a hybrid (retrospective and prospective) non-interventional registry study to further describe the clinical profile of zanubrutinib in Waldenström macroglobulinemia (WM) participants with and without specific mutations and from racial and ethnic minority groups. This is an observational study in people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and type 2 diabetes (T2D) who will be receiving finerenone. Kidneys filter extra water and waste out of the blood and make urine. CKD is a long-term, progressive, decrease in the kidneys' ability to filter the blood properly. In people with T2D, the body does not make enough of a hormone called insulin, or does not use insulin well enough, resulting in high blood sugar levels that can cause damage to the kidneys. As a result, CKD can occur as a complication of T2D. Finerenone works by blocking certain proteins, called mineralocorticoid receptors. An increased stimulation of these proteins is thought to damage the kidneys and the heart. By lowering their stimulation, finerenone reduces the risk of kidney disease progressively getting worse. Finerenone is available and approved for doctors to prescribe to people with CKD and T2D. Since it has only recently become available for these patients, there is a need for more information about the use of finerenone in the real-world setting. The main purpose of the study is to learn more about treatment patterns in people with CKD and T2D who just started or will start finerenone treatment as decided and prescribed by their doctor as part of their routine medical care. To answer this question, the researchers will collect data on: * Clinical characteristics (e.g., history of CKD and T2D, blood pressure, heart health) of the participants * Reasons for starting finerenone * Reasons for stopping finerenone early * How long participants have been taking finerenone (planned by their doctor compared to actual time it was taken) * Dosing of finerenone * Other medications used while taking finerenone The researchers will also collect data on medical problems (called adverse events) that the participants may have during the study. All adverse events are collected, even if they might not be related to the study treatment. Hyperkalemia, a medical term used to describe a potassium level in the blood that is higher than normal, is of special interest when finerenone is combined with some medications commonly taken to control blood pressure. Researchers want to know how often higher potassium levels occur, and when it leads to: * Stopping finerenone treatment too early * Dialysis (a medical procedure to filter the blood of extra water and waste) * Care in a hospital All data will come from medical records or from interviews study doctors will have with the participants during visits that take place during routine medical care. Participants in the US will be invited to provide voluntary blood and urine samples that could be analyzed later to better understand possible changes in protein or nucleic acid levels over time. Each participant will be in the study for 12 months. This time participating in the study may be shorter if their finerenone treatment is stopped early or the study comes to an end as planned in September 2027. Read Less

This is a phase 2, multinational, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, dose-ranging study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of SAR441566 in adults with moderate to severe Crohn's Disease (CD). The primary objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of different doses of SAR441566 compared with placebo in participants with moderate to severe CD. This study will include a screening period of 4 weeks (+7 calendar days if needed), followed by the Main Study (MS) treatment period, lasting 52 weeks. The MS period include a Double-Blind (DB) treatment period with 12 weeks of induction followed by 40 weeks of maintenance. At the end of 52 weeks in the MS period, eligible participants from MS period will be offered a Double-Blind Maintenance Extension (DBME) period for up to 52 weeks. Additionally, an Open Label (OL) period of up to 92 weeks will be offered to eligible participants. The combined duration of the DB maintenance and OL periods cannot exceed 92 weeks, while the sum of the DBME and OL periods may not exceed 52 weeks, depending on when participants switch. Read Less

B-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cells (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). This study will assess how safe and effective epcoritamab plus lenalidomide (E-Len) is compared to rituximab plus gemcitabine and oxaliplatin (R-GemOx) )in treating adult participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL). Adverse events and change in disease condition will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of DLBCL. Study doctors put the participants in 1 of 3 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. Around 360 adult participants with R/R DLBCL will be enrolled in approximately 165 sites across the world. Participants in arm A will receive subcutaneous (SC) injections of epcoritamab plus oral lenalidomide capsules (E-Len) for up to 12 cycles (each cycle is 28 days). Participants in arm B will receive intravenously (IV) infused R-GemOx for up to 4 cycles (each cycle is 28 days). Participants in arm C will receive SC injections of epcoritamab for up to 12 cycles (each cycle is 28 days). There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires. Read Less
