This clinical trial is studying solid tumor cancers. A solid tumor is one that starts in part of your body like your lungs or liver instead of your blood. Once they've grown bigger in one spot or spread to other parts of the body, they're harder to treat. This is called advanced or metastatic cancer. Participants in this study must have breast cancer or gastric cancer. Participants must have tumors that have HER2 on them. This allows the cancer to grow more quickly or spread faster. There are few treatment options for patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that express HER2. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called disitamab vedotin (DV). Disitamab vedotin is a type of antibody drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. This clinical trial uses a drug called tucatinib, which has been approved to treat cancer in the United States and some other countries. This drug is sold under the brand name TUKYSA®. This study will test how safe and how well DV with tucatinib works for participants with solid tumors. This study will also test what side effects happen when participants take these drugs. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. Read Less

This study is a prospective, multicenter, randomized controlled trial of an interventional strategy using the ClotTriever System to achieve and maintain vessel patency (ClotTriever Intervention Arm) versus conservative medical management using anticoagulation therapy alone (Conservative Medical Management Arm) in the treatment of subjects with symptomatic unilateral iliofemoral DVT. This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled, dose-ranging Phase 2 study. The primary objective is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of SAR443122 compared to placebo in participants with moderate to severe UC. Dose selection for further clinical development will be based on the multiple efficacy, safety and PK parameters. The study consists of 4 parallel arms (3 dose groups of SAR443122 vs placebo) to assess the efficacy and safety of SAR443122 in participants with moderate to severe UC. All participants will receive a total of 52 weeks (a 12-week induction treatment phase and a 40-week maintenance phase) of study treatment, except if treatment should be discontinued per investigator's assessment. At the end of the first 12 weeks of induction treatment, all participants in clinical response or remission will be offered study treatment up to 40 weeks and will continue with the same blinded treatment that was assigned. Participants who do not achieve clinical response or remission at the end of the initial 12 weeks induction treatment will roll over in an open-label treatment arm and will be treated with SAR443122 at the highest tested dose. In addition, participants from the maintenance treatment that lose clinical efficacy at any time up to V10/Week 40 (Week 28 of maintenance) will be offered to roll over in the open-label treatment arm with SAR443122 at the highest dose. In this study, researchers will learn more about a study drug called litifilimab (BIIB059) in participants with cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE). The study will focus on participants who have either active subacute CLE or chronic CLE, or both. They may also have systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The participants did not respond to antimalarial therapy or had problems with the treatment that made it hard to continue. The main objective of the study is to learn about the effect litifilimab has on lowering the activity of the skin disease. Researchers will measure symptoms of CLE over time using a variety of scoring tools. These include the Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus Disease Area and Severity Index (CLASI), the Cutaneous Lupus Activity of Investigator's Global Assessment-Revised (CLA-IGA-R), and the SELENA-SLEDAI Flare Index (SFI). The main questions researchers want to answer are: * How many participants have a score of 0 or 1 on the CLA-IGA-R looking at skin redness after treatment? * How many participants have their skin disease activity go down by at least 70%? Researchers will also learn more about the safety of litifilimab. They will study how participants' immune systems respond to litifilimab. Additionally, they will measure the effect litifilimab and CLE have on the quality of life of participants using a group of questionnaires. The study will be split into 2 parts - Part A and Part B. Both parts will be done as follows: * After screening, participants will be randomized to receive either litifilimab or placebo for the 1st treatment period. A placebo looks like the study drug but contains no real medicine. * Participants will receive either litifilimab or placebo as injections under the skin once every 4 weeks. * The 1st treatment period will be double blinded which means neither the researchers nor the participants will know if the participants are receiving litifilimab or placebo. * This double blinded treatment period will last 24 weeks, after which the 2nd treatment period will begin. * During the 2nd treatment period, all participants will receive litifilimab for 28 weeks. * After completing treatment in this study, participants that qualify will be given the choice to join the Long-Term Extension study, 230LE305. Researchers are looking for a better way to treat children who have chronic kidney disease (CKD), which is long-term kidney disease, and proteinuria, a condition in which a person´s kidneys leak protein into the urine. The kidneys filter waste and fluid from the blood to form urine. In children with CKD, the kidney´s filters do not work as well as they should. This can lead to accumulation of waste and fluid in the body and proteinuria. CKD can lead to other medical problems, such as high blood pressure, also known as hypertension. Vice versa, hypertension and proteinuria can also contribute to worsening of CKD. Therefore, the treatment of CKD aims to control blood pressure and proteinuria. There are treatments available for doctors to prescribe to children with CKD and hypertension and/or proteinuria. These include "angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors" (ACEI) and "angiotensin receptor blockers" (ARB). Both ACEI and ARB can help improve kidney function by reducing the activity of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS). The RAAS is a system that works with the kidneys to control blood pressure and the balance of fluid and electrolytes in the blood. In people with CKD, the RAAS is often too active, which can impair the ability of the kidneys to work properly and cause hypertension and proteinuria. However, ACEI or ARB treatment alone does not work for all patients with CKD as they only target the angiotensin part of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system. The study treatment, finerenone, is expected to help control RAAS overactivation together with an ACEI or ARB. So, the researchers in this study want to learn more about whether finerenone given in addition to either an ACEI or ARB can help their kidney function. The main purpose of this study is to learn how safe the treatment is when used of finerenone in addition to an ACEI or ARB in long-term. To see how safe the treatment is, the study team will collect information on medical problems which are also known as "treatment emergent adverse events" (TEAEs). And they will also collect levels of an electrolyte called potassium in the blood by taking blood samples, and measure blood pressure during the study. The secondary purpose of this study is to learn how well long-term use of finerenone can reduce the amount of protein in the participants' urine and benefit kidney function when taken with standard of care. To see how the treatment works, the study team will collect participants' urine samples to assess urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio (UACR) and urinary protein-to-creatinine ratio (UPCR), which are important assessments for calculating the level of protein in the urine. Researchers will also collect blood samples to analyze serum creatinine and calculate estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR). A significant decline in eGFR indicates worsening kidney function. The study will include participants who had previously participated in FIONA study (NCT05196035). The participants will be aged from 1 year up to 18 years. The participants will be in the study for approximately 19 months. They will take study treatment for up to 18 months and will be follow up for 1 month. During this period, at least 12 visits are planned for patients who newly start finerenone, and at least 8 visits for patients who already received finerenone. In the visit, the study team will: * have their blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, height and weight measured * have blood and urine samples taken * have physical examinations * have their heart examined by an electrocardiogram and echocardiography (a sonogram of the heart) * answer questions about their medication and whether they have any adverse events, or have their parents or guardian's answer * answer questions about how they are feeling, or have their parents or guardian's answer * answer question about how they like the study medication, or have their parents or guardian's answer The doctors will keep track of any adverse events. An adverse event is any medical problem that a participant has during a study. Doctors keep track of all adverse events that happen in studies, even if they do not think the adverse events might be related to the study treatments. This phase I/Ib trial identifies the side effects and best dose of abemaciclib when given together with olaparib in treating patients with ovarian cancer that responds at first to treatment with drugs that contain the metal platinum but then comes back within a certain period (recurrent platinum-resistant). Abemaciclib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Olaparib is an inhibitor of PARP, an enzyme that helps repair deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) when it becomes damaged. Blocking PARP may help keep tumor cells from repairing their damaged DNA, causing them to die. PARP inhibitors are a type of targeted therapy. Adding abemaciclib to olaparib may work better to treat recurrent platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. Read Less
