The purpose of this study to test an alternative treatment approach that involves giving participants radiotherapy before their mastectomy (preoperative radiotherapy) and performing immediate reconstruction surgery at the time of mastectomy. The immediate reconstruction surgery is called an immediate autologous reconstruction (IR) and is different than the standard reconstruction surgery people with T4 breast cancer have. IR is a surgical procedure where immediately following your mastectomy, the surgeon takes tissue from another part of your body and uses it to re-create your breast. The standard reconstruction surgery occurs later and can be done with an implant or tissue from your body. The main purpose of this study to find out if the alternative treatment approach shown above is feasible. Assess feasibility of home exercise in reducing fatigue in subjects with breast cancer receiving curative intent chemotherapy. Subjects are randomized to control (no exercise) or intervention group (exercise). The PRO-CTCAE tool and FACIT Fatigue Scale are used to collect patient reported outcomes. Subjects submit data via mobile phone, tablet or computer. Assessments are weekly during chemotherapy (10-20 wks), at end of chemotherapy and 1, 3 and 6 months after chemotherapy. Read Less

This study will test the safety of BCG and gemcitabine in people who have BCG-relapsing Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (NMIBC). The researchers will test increasing doses of gemcitabine to find the highest dose that causes few or mild side effects when combined with BCG. This is a phase 2 study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the combination of INCMGA00012 and pelareorep and to see how well they work in treating patients with triple negative breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic). INCMGA00012 is a monoclonal antibody that works by attaching to the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and blocking this pathway, allowing the immune system to recognize and attack the cancer cells. Pelareorep is a type of virus called reovirus which occurs naturally and may break down cancer cells. This phase II trial tests whether NBT-NM108 works in reducing chemotherapy-induced diarrhea in patients with colon cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Irinotecan is one of the most used medicine for colon cancer, but it leads to diarrhea in most patients receiving it and among some of them, severe diarrhea can occur. NBT-NM108 is a high dietary fiber formula that is developed based on research findings that have shown that high fiber diets can help maintain healthy bacteria in the gut and improve gut function. Giving NBT-NM108 to patients with colon cancer receiving chemotherapy may help relieve or lessen diarrhea symptoms and lead to improved tolerance of the chemotherapy drug, irinotecan. Read Less
