One of the usual approaches to treating intermediate-risk prostate cancer is a type of radiation therapy called SBRT (stereotactic body radiation therapy). SBRT delivers higher than standard doses of radiation over a lower number of treatment sessions. However, there is a 20% chance that intermediate-risk prostate cancer will come back after this treatment. The purpose of this study is to find out whether giving an even higher dose (a "boost" dose) of radiation directly to the main tumor and the standard dose of radiation to the rest of the prostate may cure the cancer or prevent it from coming back for a longer period of time while causing few side effects. This study will test the safety of the combination of ramucirumab and lorlatinib. The researchers will test one or two different doses of lorlatinib in combination with ramucirumab to find the drug combination dose that causes few or mild side effects in participants. Once the researchers find this dose, they can test it in future participants to see if it is effective in treating their metastatic ALK-rearranged NSCLC. This phase III trial compares the effect of adding surgery to a standard of care immunotherapy-based drug combination versus a standard of care immunotherapy-based drug combination alone in treating patients with kidney cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, ipilimumab, pembrolizumab, and avelumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Axitinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Surgery to remove the kidney, called a nephrectomy, is also considered standard of care; however, doctors who treat kidney cancer do not agree on its benefits. The Black community has higher rates of colorectal cancer and lower rates of colorectal cancer screenings than whites. Getting screened through FIT testing may help catch colorectal cancer earlier, when it is easier to treat. MSK has created a program to help people who have been FIT tested to also help their peers (family, friends, and colleagues) in their community get FIT tested. The researchers think that training people on peer outreach, such as telling people in your social network about FIT testing and how to get it, may increase the rate of colorectal cancer screening.
