This phase III trial compares the effect of the combination of ramucirumab and pembrolizumab versus standard of care chemotherapy for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer that is stage IV or that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This trial may help doctors find out if giving ramucirumab with pembrolizumab is more effective at treating patients with stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer than standard chemotherapy. This randomized phase III trial studies how well doxorubicin hydrochloride and cyclophosphamide followed by paclitaxel with or without carboplatin work in treating patients with triple-negative breast cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as doxorubicin hydrochloride, cyclophosphamide, paclitaxel, and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whether doxorubicin hydrochloride and cyclophosphamide is more effective when followed by paclitaxel alone or paclitaxel and carboplatin in treating triple-negative breast cancer. This phase II/III trial tests whether adding trastuzumab and hyaluronidase-oysk (Herceptin HylectaTM) or pertuzumab, trastuzumab and hyaluronidase-zzxf (PhesgoTM) to the usual chemotherapy (paclitaxel and carboplatin) works to shrink tumors in patients with HER2 positive endometrial serous carcinoma or carcinosarcoma. Trastuzumab and pertuzumab are monoclonal antibodies and forms of targeted therapy that attach to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of tumor cells, known as HER2 receptors. When trastuzumab or pertuzumab attach to HER2 receptors, the signals that tell the cells to grow are blocked and the tumor cell may be marked for destruction by the body's immune system. Hyaluronidase is an endoglycosidase. It helps to keep pertuzumab and trastuzumab in the body longer, so that these medications will have a greater effect. Hyaluronidase also allows trastuzumab and trastuzumab/pertuzumab to be given by injection under the skin and shortens their administration time compared to trastuzumab or pertuzumab alone. Paclitaxel is a taxane and in a class of medications called antimicrotubule agents. It stops cancer cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Giving Herceptin Hylecta or Phesgo in combination with paclitaxel and carboplatin may shrink the tumor and prevent the cancer from coming back in patients with HER2 positive endometrial serous carcinoma or carcinosarcoma. This clinical trial aims to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and exploratory measures of liposomal doxorubicin and carboplatin combination therapy in the adjuvant setting for early stage triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) patients. The primary objective is to determine the effectiveness of liposomal doxorubicin and carboplatin in reducing the risk of recurrence for early stage TNBC patients. The secondary objectives involve characterizing the safety and toxicity profile of the combination therapy. Adverse events rates will be assessed using the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) version 5.0. The exploratory objectives of the study focus on evaluating changes in circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA). This measure will provide insights into the potential utility of ctDNA as a biomarker for treatment response and disease progression. By addressing these objectives, the study aims to contribute to the understanding of the benefits and risks associated with liposomal doxorubicin and carboplatin combination therapy in the adjuvant setting for early stage TNBC, potentially leading to improved treatment outcomes and patient care. The investigators hypothesize that with dose escalation to 40-50 Gy in ten fractions, the complete pain response rate at one month can be increased to 40-50% in painful non-spinal bone metastases. Additionally, the investigators hypothesize that utilizing a fractionation scheme with an escalated biologically equivalent dose (BED) will result in a higher proportion of participants responding to treatment, and will also lead to more durable responses. To evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of Preoperative ChemoRadiation and FOLFOXIRI and to Escalate Complete Response for Rectal Cancer patients.Go through laboratory and medical tests to verify eligibility to enter the study, receive the experimental combination of drugs (chemoradiation (capecitabine and radiation) + FOLFOXIRI (Oxaliplatin, leucovorin, irinotecan, and fluorouracil) prior to surgery and undergo laboratory tests and study procedures on specified days during the study period, complete end of study evaluations and tests, and participate in post-study follow up every three months for three to four years. This randomized phase III trial studies how well crizotinib works in treating patients with stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery and has a mutation in a protein called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK). Mutations, or changes, in ALK can make it very active and important for tumor cell growth and progression. Crizotinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the ALK protein from working. Crizotinib may be an effective treatment for patients with non-small cell lung cancer and an ALK fusion mutation. Read Less

This phase II trial investigates the safety of delivering a part (boost) of radiation treatment before breast surgery in treating patients with breast cancer that has not spread to other places in the body (non-metastatic). Radiation therapy uses high energy photons/electrons to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Delivering a boost radiation treatment before surgery when doctors can still visualize the tumor on imaging may help to better target the tumor and decrease the volume of normal irradiated tissue. By so doing, doctors may achieve better cosmetic outcomes and possibly better tumor control. Read Less
