Tazemetostat and Mosunetuzumab in Untreated Follicular Lymphoma
Recruiting
The goal of this study is to learn about the safety and effectiveness of the combination of tazemetostat pills in combination with mosunetuzumab injections for people with follicular lymphoma who haven't received treatment before. The investigators hypothesize that tazemetostat with mosunetuzumab has the potential to increase the efficacy of the product without compromising the safety.
Tazemetostat is a drug that inhibits EZH2, an enzyme known to drive the development of B-cell lymphomas, and i... Read More

Tegavivint for the Treatment of Recurrent or Refractory Solid Tumors, Including Lymphomas and Desmoid Tumors
Recruiting
This phase I/II trial evaluates the highest safe dose, side effects, and possible benefits of tegavivint in treating patients with solid tumors that has come back (recurrent) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Tegavivint interferes with the binding of beta-catenin to TBL1, which may help stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the signals passed from one molecule to another inside a cell that tell a cell to grow.

Evaluating the Impact of Social and Genetic Factors on Outcomes in Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Survivors
Recruiting
This study examines the impact of social and genetic factors on outcomes in adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer survivors of Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Compared to both older adult and childhood cancer patients, AYAs with cancer experience different diagnoses and specific biological, clinical, psychological and social factors that affect their risks for post-treatment morbidity and premature death. Collecting samples of blood samples and health and treatment information from cancer sur... Read More

A Feasibility Trial of Tazemetostat Plus CAR T Cell Therapy in B-cell Lymphomas
Recruiting
This is a clinical trial to evaluate the feasibility and safety of giving tazemetostat followed by standard of care CAR T cell infusion in previously treated diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). The investigators hypothesis is that this combination has the potential to significantly improve the ability of CART cells to recognize and kill lymphoma cells without a significant impact on safety. Participants will receive the tazemetostat pi... Read More

Epcoritamab Compared to Observation for Treating B-cell Lymphoma Patients Not in Complete Remission After CD19-directed CAR-T Therapy
Recruiting
This phase II trial compares epcoritamab to standard practice (observation) for the treatment of patients with B-cell lymphomas who are not in complete remission after treatment with CD19-directed chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy. Epcoritamab is a bispecific antibody. It works by simultaneously attaching to a molecule called CD20 on cancerous B-cells and a molecule called CD3 on effector T-cells, which are a type of immune cell. When epcoritamab binds to CD20 and CD3, it brings t... Read More
