The purpose of this study is to see if Isatuximab can alter the immune system in patients with multiple myeloma or lymphoma upon recovery from the autologous stem cell transplantation. The investigators will see if Isatuximab makes changes to the immune system so that upon recovery from the transplant, the immune system can fight the cancer. This study will have two arms. On one arm (control arm), participants will receive standard transplant procedures and on the other arm (experimental arm), participants will receive Isatuximab in addition to the standard transplant procedures. The assignment to these arms is done randomly (determined by chance, like flipping a coin) by a computer. Each participant will have about 66% chance of getting on the experimental arm and about 33% chance of getting on the control arm. Read Less

This randomized phase I/II trial studies the best dose and side effects of durvalumab and to see how well it works with or without lenalidomide in treating patients with cutaneous or peripheral T cell lymphoma that has come back and does not respond to treatment. Monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as lenalidomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving durvalumab and lenalidomide may work better in treating patients with cutaneous or peripheral T cell lymphoma. Read Less

This is a combination of 4 therapies, three of which are used to treat a single "target site" of your cancer (such as a lymph node or a single tumor), and the 4th is given directly into the blood stream (intravenous or "IV"). Radiation: The target site --lymph node or tumor (the one what will be injected) --will get two small treatments of radiation. Radiation is often times used to shrink and kill tumors in patients with certain types of lymphoma, breast cancer and head and neck cancer, however, the dose of radiation that you will receive --one dose on day one of the clinical trial and one dose on day two --is 10 to 20 time less radiation that you would receive for treatment of these cancers. Flt3L/CDX-301 is an immune cell growth factor, similar to white blood cell growth factors (Neupogen or Neulasta) or red blood cell growth factors (EPO or Epogen) that you may have received to help protect your blood cells previously. Flt3L causes your body to make more immune cells, specifically a type of immune cell called "dendritic cells". Poly-ICLC is an immune cell activating factor. Its function is to turn on the immune cells that have been brought to the tumor by Flt3L. Pembrolizumab is an antibody (a type of human protein) that is being tested to see if it will allow the body's immune system to kill your tumor cells. Pembrolizumab is approved for use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of adult patients with many different types of cancer including head and neck cancer. Pembrolizumab is not FDA approved to treat patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma or metastatic breast cancer, as it has not been effective at treating these cancers when used alone. The purpose of this study is to see how cancer treatment affects sexual and reproductive function. The patient will also be asked to participate in blood draws to see if and how cancer treatment affects the ovaries and the ability to have children (fertility). The purpose of this study is to better understand the genetic causes of Hodgkin's disease (a kind of lymphoma) and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, as well as multiple myeloma, leukemia, and related diseases. The doctors have identified the patient because 1) they have had a lymphoproliferative disorder such as lymphoma, leukemia, or multiple myeloma, and have a family member with one of these disorders or 2) they are a member of a family with a lymphoproliferative disorder, including Hodgkin's disease and/or, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma or a second cancer after Hodgkin's disease. This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of NKTR-255 following CD19-directed chimeric antigen (CAR)-T cell therapy in patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL). NKTR-255 is an investigational IL-15 receptor agonist designed to boost the immune system's natural ability to fight cancer. T cells are infection fighting blood cells that can kill tumor cells. Chimeric antigen (CAR)-T cell product consists of genetically engineered T-cells, modified to recognize CD19, a protein on the surface of cancer cells. These CD19-specific T cells may help the body's immune system identify and kill CD19-positive cancer cells. Giving NKTR-255 following the treatment with CD19 CAR-T cell therapy may work better in treating large B-cell lymphoma than either drug alone. Read Less

This study will enroll patients initiating Bruton Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) inhibitors without history of documented arrhythmia while on therapy using the Medtronic LINQ-2 insertable cardiac monitor (ILR). The purpose of this study is to determine the most appropriate dose for the combination of ibrutinib and pembrolizumab and to see if the combination is active for the disease. The study will monitor for any side effects and if the combination of ibrutinib and pembrolizumab works in the cancers being studied. There will be 2 experimental drugs given to the subject in this study. One experimental drug used in this study is called ibrutinib and the second is called pembrolizumab. This is the first time that ibrutinib will be used in combination with pembrolizumab. This combination is considered experimental. Experimental means that it is still being tested to see if it is safe and effective. Ibrutinib is a new drug known as a 'Bruton's Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) inhibitor'. Ibrutinib blocks an enzyme (protein) that affects how certain types of blood cancer cells grow and survive. Blocking this enzyme is a very important mechanism in killing blood cancer cells. Ibrutinib has been approved in the United States, Israel, and the European Union for use in adult patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) and adult patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who have received at least one prior therapy. Pembrolizumab is an antibody (a type of human protein) that is being tested to see if it will allow the body's immune system to work against tumor cells.
