This is a study evaluating the efficacy and safety of MK-1084 with pembrolizumab as first-line treatment in participants with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with identified Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog G12C (KRAS G12C) mutation and programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) tumor proportion score (TPS) ≥50%. There are two primary study hypotheses: Hypothesis 1: Combination of MK-1084 and pembrolizumab is superior to placebo plus pembrolizumab with respect to progression free survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors Version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) by blinded independent central review (BICR). The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and/or safety of multiple therapies in patients with early-stage resectable NSCLC. Cohort B1 is a phase II cohort that will evaluate the safety, and efficacy of alectinib in combination with up to four cycles of platinum-based chemotherapy in the adjuvant setting post complete surgical resection. This study is researching an investigational drug, called BNT116, in combination with cemiplimab. BNT116 and cemiplimab will each be called a "study drug", and together be called "study drugs". The study population for the Dose Escalation part of the study comprises adults with recurrent advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring KRAS non-G12C mutations, BRAF, or CRAF (RAF1) mutations, advanced/metastatic melanoma harboring BRAF or NRAS mutations, histiocytic neoplasms harboring BRAF, CRAF, or NRAS mutations, and other solid tumors harboring BRAF mutations. The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn the safety and effects of the study medicine (PF-07799544) administered as a single agent and in combination with other study medications in people with solid tumors. This study is seeking participants who have an advanced solid tumor for which the available treatments are no longer effective in controlling their cancer. All participants in this study will receive PF-07799544. PF-07799544 comes as a tablet to take by mouth daily (initially 2 times per day, but this could change to once daily or another frequency). Depending on the part of the study, participants may also receive another study medicine. * In the first part of the study, people with melanoma or other solid tumors may also receive encorafenib. Encorafenib comes as a capsule and is taken once per day. * In the second part of the study, people with melanoma or other cancers with abnormalities in a gene called "BRAF" will receive PF-07799544 with other study medicines (for example, PF-07799933).
