Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Paid Clinical Trials in New York

ARGONAUT is a longitudinal, prospective, observational study that will enroll up to 5,000 advanced-stage cancer patients of diverse racial backgrounds to collect data used to develop precision microbiome medicines and for the identification of clinically actionable cancer-specific biomarkers to guide therapeutic decisions. Four types of solid tumor cancers will be profiled including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), colorectal cancer (CRC) and pancreatic cancer. Healthy control subjects without a cancer diagnosis will also be studied, comprised of individuals at high risk for CRC and healthy individuals at low risk for CRC. Risk assessment will be based on family history or past neoplastic findings during CRC screening. Data collected from this study will be used to develop the most effective new therapies, via microbiome optimization, all to the benefit of patients and the physicians treating them. Stool and blood samples will be collected longitudinally and analyzed to determine the impact of gut microbiome composition and function on the immune system and efficacy of the treatment. Currently enrolling the CRC, high risk, and low risk cohorts. Subjects who meet the entry criteria will provide up to 5 samples each of blood and stool over a 2-year period. Approximately 10%-20% of the subjects will provide colon tissue samples, either from research biopsies during Standard of Care (SOC) screening colonoscopy or retained surgical tissue from colectomy. Electronic health records will be obtained at various times for up to 8 years, to collect tumor imaging results and any other updated medical data, with no additional samples collected. This is a multicenter Phase 1b, open label, dose-escalation and cohort-expansion study, evaluating the safety, tolerability, PK, preliminary antitumor activity, and effect of biomarkers of XL092 administered alone, and in combination with nivolumab (doublet), nivolumab + ipilimumab (triplet) and nivolumab + relatlimab (triplet) in subjects with advanced solid tumors. The standard treatment for patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) and clinically negative lymph nodes remains surgery per current guidelines. Five year survival for patients with stage I non-small cell lung cancer is generally greater than 50% after surgery. Many of these patients have heart and lung issues or other diseases which keep them from undergoing curative surgery. Studies have shown that majority of these patients die from their cancer and not from their other diseases. This is the reason for treating early stage lung cancer patients with definitive therapy, when they cannot have surgery. This study will enroll twelve subjects to evaluate the side effects of this treatment, and decide if it is a good option for the patients that cannot have surgery. Read Less

In this study, the researchers will look at whether having participants switch from durvalumab to sotorasib when they have detectable minimal residual disease (MRD) is an effective treatment approach for locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (LA-NSCLC). The researchers will see whether this switch to sotorasib can control LANSCLC longer compared to the treatment approach of staying on durvalumab (and not switching to sotorasib). Read Less

This is a phase 1/2 study of combined treatment with dupilumab (anti-IL-4Ra) and cemiplimab (anti-PD-1) in patients with early-stage, resectable non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The study will include participants with a confirmed diagnosis of NSCLC who are deemed to be surgical candidates, or patients who have a smoking history and radiographic findings highly suggestive if a diagnosis of NSCLC who are scheduled to undergo diagnostic biopsy. On Day 1, participants will receive neoadjuvant therapy consisting of 600 mg of dupilumab (2 SC injections of 300 mg) and 350 mg of IV cemiplimab. Participants will undergo standard of care surgery, which will be scheduled within 7 days of Day 15. Participants will be followed up 30 days following administration of dupilumab and cemiplimab for adverse event (AE) and dose limiting toxicity (DLT) monitoring. Participants will be offered adjuvant therapy as per standard of care, outside the context of this clinical treatment, and undergo subsequent standard of care monitoring for recurrence. The study team will monitor the status of the participant through chart review, or by telephone should the patient not continue to follow with a physician at Mount Sinai, for up to 5 years. This study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of LYL797, a ROR1-targeted CAR T-cell therapy, in patients with ROR1+ relapsed or refractory triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) or non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
