This is a study evaluating the efficacy and safety of MK-1084 with pembrolizumab as first-line treatment in participants with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with identified Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog G12C (KRAS G12C) mutation and programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) tumor proportion score (TPS) ≥50%. There are two primary study hypotheses: Hypothesis 1: Combination of MK-1084 and pembrolizumab is superior to placebo plus pembrolizumab with respect to progression free survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors Version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) by blinded independent central review (BICR). The development of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) for the treatment of stage I non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has inspired a close partnership between thoracic surgery and radiation oncology. In this study, patients with stage I NSCLC will be screened prior to treatment and will be consented after their treatment plan has been determined. The purpose of this study is to evaluate efficacy and safety of osimertinib (tablet) in combination with Dato-DXd (i.v. infusion) compared with osimertinib (tablet) monotherapyas a first-line therapy in participants with locally advanced or metastatic EGFRm (Ex19del and/or L858R) NSCLC. Study details include: 1. The study duration will be event-driven, with an estimated duration of approximately 9 years. 2. Participants may receive study treatment until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or other specific discontinuation criteria are met. 3. The visit frequency will be every 3 weeks during the treatment period. Note: Participants on osimertinib treatment(osimertinib only arm or who have discontinued Dato-DXd while are still receiving osimertinib) are required to attend visits to perform assessments every 6 weeks from Cycle 7 until Cycle 17 and then visits every 12 weeks until disease progression or IP discontinuation. The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn the safety and effects of the study medicine (PF-07799544) administered as a single agent and in combination with other study medications in people with solid tumors. This study is seeking participants who have an advanced solid tumor for which the available treatments are no longer effective in controlling their cancer. All participants in this study will receive PF-07799544. PF-07799544 comes as a tablet to take by mouth daily (initially 2 times per day, but this could change to once daily or another frequency). Depending on the part of the study, participants may also receive another study medicine. * In the first part of the study, people with melanoma or other solid tumors may also receive encorafenib. Encorafenib comes as a capsule and is taken once per day. * In the second part of the study, people with melanoma or other cancers with abnormalities in a gene called "BRAF" will receive PF-07799544 with other study medicines (for example, PF-07799933).
