In this study, total knee replacement patients will be determined to be stiff or non-stiff preoperatively. Stiffness designation is determined by preoperative range of motion (if flexion is < 100 degrees, or extension lag is > 10 degrees). PRP in ACLR to Prevent PTOA

The purpose of our study is to examine the effect of platelet-rich-plasma (PRP) injection on the short-term resolution of post-injury inflammation (biomarkers) and improvement in joint function in patients with acute ACL injury. This RCT has been powered based on the questionnaire KOOS Jr. but it is considered a 'pilot study' in terms of the lab analysis proposed.

Dorsal root ganglion stimulation (DRG-S) may be able to treat mechanical pain caused by tissue injury or damage such as trauma or arthritis in addition to pain caused by nerve dysfunction or injury.
