This is an open-label, multi-center, multi-cohort, Phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) for the treatment of selected HER2-expressing tumors. This study will consist of Part 1 which includes 7 cohorts of: urothelial bladder cancer, biliary tract cancer, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, and rare tumors; and Part 2 which includes 5 cohorts A to E of: A) any tumor type that is HER2 IHC 3+ (excluding breast, gastric cancer, and colorectal cancer), B) any tumor type that is HER2 IHC 2+/ISH+ (excluding breast, gastric cancer, and colorectal cancer), C) HER2 IHC 2+ or 1+ endometrial cancer, D) HER2 IHC 2+ or 1+ ovarian cancer, and E) HER2 IHC 2+ or 1+ cervical cancer. The aim of this study is to provide darolutamide treatment to patients who participated in a previous study with darolutamide supported by Bayer and the treating doctor considers that the continuation of the treatment with darolutamide to be beneficial. Patients will be carried over from the previous studies and continue in this study with darolutamide treatment on the same dosage. They will also return to the study centers for doctor's visits as often as they did in the previous study. Read Less

The goal of this observational study is to collect information on the use of the HistoSonics Edison System for the treatment of liver tumors. The main aim is to understand how different patient characteristics and procedural characteristics may affect histotripsy success at 36 hours post-histotripsy procedure. Sub-studies to the BOOMBOX: Master Study will investigate specific populations and/or clinical questions with more stringent enrollment criteria, standardized testing criteria, and/or follow-up schedule. Any participant enrolled in the BOOMBOX: Master Study that also qualifies for a sub-study may enroll in the sub-study in parallel; sub-studies will be described in separate sub-study protocols. The BOOMBOX: Master Study will collect information about participants before, during, and after the histotripsy treatment procedure. All participants will be followed per standard clinical follow-up based on each site's clinical practice for up to 5 years after the initial histotripsy procedure or until completion of their follow-up in a sub-study, whichever is longer. This study will establish the preferred dose of lisinopril in men with non-metastatic prostate cancer undergoing radiation treatment. This study compares the experiences of people who receive information about genetic testing from a computer-generated character to patients who receive information from a human genetics healthcare provider. Patients with cancer are increasingly recommended for genetic testing as standard of care. Multiple factors contribute to low usage of genetic testing but for many patients the lack of access to genetic counseling and testing is an important and flexible factor. Lack of access is especially relevant to racial/ethnic minority patients and those living in non-metropolitan rural settings who are frequently cared for at safety-net hospitals with limited genetics services. Alternative delivery models are necessary to improve rates of access to genetic testing in patients with cancer. Health information technology is under used by genetics providers. A patient-facing relational agent (PERLA) will provide pre-test genetics education in both English and Spanish across two clinical settings to facilitate more timely access to genetic testing. Using the PERLA intervention may help researchers learn different ways to provide education about genetic testing to patients with cancer compared to usual care. Read Less
