There is significant, proven use of radiation for recurrent prostate cancer after surgical resection. This treatment typically is delivered over seven and a half weeks of daily treatments, presenting a burden to patients and the health care system. Stereotactic body radiation (SBRT) is a radiation technique in which large doses are delivered over a short period of time. To date there is extremely limited evidence in SBRT for recurrent prostate cancer after surgery, with a significantly growing body of evidence for primary SBRT treatment of prostate cancer in men who opt for non-surgical upfront treatment. Additionally, advances in imaging have allowed better detection of the site of recurrence, and novel artificial intelligence aided daily-adaptive radiation therapy have allowed more precise delivery of radiation doses. This study seeks to evaluate the role of Daily-Adaptive with AI-assisted SBRT in the post operative setting utilizing Ethos Plan Adaptive technology in attempt to maintain control and minimize side effects. Study QXL138AM-001 is a Phase 1a/1b study to investigate the safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary activity of QXL138AM in subjects with locally advanced un-resectable and/or metastatic solid tumors and multiple myeloma. The study is an open-label, multicenter, first in human study to be conducted in two major parts which are further organized into two sub-parts. Part A Dose Escalation is a modified 3+3 with the first two cohorts consisting of one subject each based on the low clinical starting dose. This phase III trial compares the effect of adding surgery to a standard of care immunotherapy-based drug combination versus a standard of care immunotherapy-based drug combination alone in treating patients with kidney cancer that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, ipilimumab, pembrolizumab, and avelumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Axitinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Surgery to remove the kidney, called a nephrectomy, is also considered standard of care; however, doctors who treat kidney cancer do not agree on its benefits. This phase II trial studies how well radiation therapy with or without cisplatin works in treating patients with stage III-IVA squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck who have undergone surgery. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. This clinical trial tests how well a geriatric assessment (GA) with GA-directed treatment recommendations, compared to GA with usual care, works in identifying risk factors, reducing chemotherapy radiation toxicity and functional decline, and improving the overall quality of life in older patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Older patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy are at an increased risk of adverse outcomes including treatment toxicity and functional and physical consequences. This makes it very challenging for the physicians to balance the benefits against the risk of chemotherapy in older cancer patients. A geriatric assessment may be useful in identifying risk factors for chemotherapy radiation toxicity. Communicating these geriatric assessment findings and assessment-based recommendations to a patient's treating physicians may help them make more informed decisions about treatment options for patients. Making treatment decisions using GA-based recommendations may reduce adverse events and improve outcomes in patients receiving treatment for NSCLC. Read Less

This randomized phase III trial studies how well crizotinib works in treating patients with stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery and has a mutation in a protein called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK). Mutations, or changes, in ALK can make it very active and important for tumor cell growth and progression. Crizotinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the ALK protein from working. All patients with stage I to III breast cancer who receive MammaPrint® and BluePrint testing on a primary breast tumor are eligible for entry into the FLEX Registry, which is intended to enable additional study arms at low incremental effort and cost.
