This study is researching a drug called dupilumab. The study is focused on patients who have uncontrolled asthma. Asthma is a condition where the airways narrow and swell, making it difficult to breathe. Uncontrolled asthma means that patients are still having frequent symptoms while taking their current asthma medication. The aim of the study is to see which regimen is more effective: taking dupilumab with an inhaled asthma medication or only taking a higher dose of the inhaled asthma medication. The type of asthma medication that will be used is a combination inhaled corticosteroid and long-acting beta-agonist (referred to as an ICS/LABA). Some patients may also receive an additional asthma medication called a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (referred to as a LAMA) if they are already receiving a LAMA. Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) is a cancer that arises from the transformation of normal B and T lymphocytes (white blood cells). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-101 in adult participants in relapsed or refractory (R/R) non-Hodgkin's lymphomas: third line or later of treatment (3L) + chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), non-germinal center B cell (GCB) DLBCL, mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), Waldenström macroglobulinemia (WM), or transformed indolent NHL. Adverse events will be assessed. ABBV-101 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NHL. This study will include a dose escalation phase to determine the maximum administered dose (MAD)/Maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of ABBV-101 and a dose expansion phase to determine the change in disease activity in participants with CLL or non-GCB DLBCL. Approximately 244 adult participants with multiple NHL subtypes will be enrolled in the study in sites world wide. In the Dose Escalation phase of the study participants will receive escalating oral doses of ABBV-101, until the MAD/MTD is determined, as part of the approximately 88 month study duration. In the dose expansion phase of the study participants receive oral ABBV-101, as part of the approximately 88 month study duration . There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). This study will evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of the Port Delivery System with ranibizumab (PDS) (100 mg/mL) in participants with neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) who have either completed Phase II Study GX28228 (Ladder), Phase III Study GR40548 (Archway), Phase IIIb Study WR42221 (Velodrome), or completed Week 24 visit in Study WR42221 but were not eligible to be randomized in WR42221. This is a Phase 4 blinded, randomized, active-controlled, non-inferiority trial. Final evaluable population will include a minimum 596 individuals: 298 women with confirmed urogenital chlamydia (CT) and 298 men with confirmed rectal chlamydia (CT). Approximately 664 participants will be enrolled to achieve a minimum 596 participants who contribute primary outcome data. Randomization will be stratified by study site and sex: 332 women and 332 men. Participants will be randomized 1:1 to a 3-day regimen of doxycycline or a 7-day regimen of doxycycline. The study blind will be maintained by providing 7 days of identical pre-filled blister packs, one with 3 days of active treatment and 4 days of placebo, and the other with 7 days of active treatment. Participants will be asked to return 28 days after randomization (at day 29), at which time they will be re-tested for chlamydia (CT) using a laboratory-based chlamydia (CT) nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT). This phase III trial studies how well active surveillance help doctors to monitor subjects with low risk germ cell tumors for recurrence after their tumor is removed. When the germ cell tumor has spread outside of the organ in which it developed, it is considered metastatic. Chemotherapy drugs, such as bleomycin, carboplatin, etoposide, and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if training with the Prism system can reduce PTSD symptoms in US military Veterans and civilians with PTSD. Prism is a form of neurofeedback training that uses EEG signals to promote self-regulation of brain function. The main question this study aims to answer is: Does Prism training lead to decreased PTSD symptoms in US Veterans and civilians when used in addition to usual PTSD treatment? Researchers will compare Prism training to a sham training (a look-alike training that does not provide real feedback on brain activity) to see if Prism training decreases PTSD symptoms. Participants will: * Complete two one-hour in-person training sessions a week for about 8 weeks (15 sessions) * Complete two booster training sessions one month and two months after finishing the main training course * Participate in three detailed interviews: one before training, a second after nine weeks of training, and a third one month after the last booster training session (about 20 weeks after the initial visit) Read Less

PUMA-ALI-1201 is a randomized, dose optimization, multicenter, Phase 2 study of alisertib administered in combination with endocrine therapy in participants with pathology-confirmed HR-positive/HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer (MBC) following progression on or after at least two prior lines of endocrine therapy in the recurrent or metastatic setting. This study is intended to evaluate the optimal alisertib dose administered in combination with the selected endocrine therapy. The study is also planned to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of alisertib in combination with endocrine and to identify the biomarker-defined subgroup(s) that may benefit most from combined alisertib and endocrine therapy.
