This is a multi-center, randomized, quadruple-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of batoclimab in adult participants with active CIDP. The study includes an up to 4-week Screening Period, an up to 12-week Washout Period, a 12-week Randomized Treatment Period (Period 1), an up to 24-week Randomized Withdrawal Period (Period 2), an up to 52-week Long-term Extension (LTE) Period (optional), and Safety Follow-up 4 weeks after the last dose of study treatment. The total study duration will be up to approximately 109 weeks. Eligible participants will be assigned to one of four cohorts based upon their baseline CIDP treatment (Cohorts A and D - immunoglobulin [Ig] or plasma exchange [PLEX]; Cohort B - corticosteroids; Cohort C - naive or untreated in previous 3-24 months) and whether they meet diagnosis according to the European Academy of Neurology/Peripheral Nerve Society (EAN/PNS) criteria (Cohorts A, B, and C) or clinical criteria only (Cohort D) at the time of screening. This will be a multicenter Phase II open-label study of asciminib in CML-CP patients who have been previously treated with one prior ATP- binding site TKI with discontinuation due to treatment failure, warning or intolerance. Migraine is a common neurological disorder typically characterized by attacks of throbbing, moderate to severe headache, often associated with nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound. Migraine is extremely common and disabling in children. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how safe and effective ubrogepant is in the acute treatment of migraine in children and adolescents. Ubrogepant is a drug approved for the acute treatment of migraine in adults. Children and adolescents (aged 6-17 years) with a history of migraine will be enrolled. The study will include 2 cohorts of participants - PK Cohort and Main Study (non-PK cohort). Participants aged 6-11 years in the PK Cohort will receive Dose A or Dose B of Ubrogepant for PK analysis to determine dose selection for the main study. In the main study, after dose selection, children aged 6-11 years will be randomized to receive either low or high dose of Ubrogepant or placebo. There is a 1 in 3 chance that a participant will be assigned to placebo. Adolescents aged 12-17 years will be randomized to receive either low or high dose of Ubrogepant or placebo with a 1 in 3 chance of placebo assignment. For qualifying migraine attacks, participants will receive oral tablets of the double-blind study intervention. There will be an option to take a second dose of double-blind study intervention (identical to initial dose), or rescue medication, 2 to 24 hours after the initial dose, for headache of moderate/severe intensity. Around 1059 participants will be enrolled in the study in approximately 120 sites in the United States. The study duration will be up to 6 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. Multiple myeloma (MM) is a plasma cell disease characterized by the growth of clonal plasma cells in the bone marrow. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and toxicity of ABBV-383 when co-administered with pomalidomide-dexamethasone (Pd), lenalidomide-dexamethasone (Rd), daratumumab-dexamethasone (Dd), or nirogacestat (Niro) in adult participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) multiple myeloma (MM). Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. ABBV-383 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R MM. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. ABBV-383 co-administered with Pd, Rd, Dd, or Niro will be explored. Each treatment arm receives a different treatment combination depending on stage of the study and eligibility. This study will include a dose escalation phase to determine the best dose of ABBV-383, followed by a dose expansion phase to confirm the dose. Approximately 270 adult participants with R/R MM will be enrolled in the study in approximately 45 sites worldwide. Participants will receive intravenous (IV) ABBV-383 co-administered with oral/IV Pd, oral/IV Rd, oral/IV/subcutaneous (SC) Dd, or oral/IV Niro in 28-day cycles. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). TAPISTRY is a Phase II, global, multicenter, open-label, multi-cohort study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of targeted therapies or immunotherapy as single agents or in rational, specified combinations in participants with unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors determined to harbor specific oncogenic genomic alterations or who are tumor mutational burden (TMB)-high as identified by a validated next-generation sequencing (NGS) assay. Participants with solid tumors will be treated with a drug or drug regimen tailored to their NGS assay results at screening. Participants will be assigned to the appropriate cohort based on their genetic alteration(s). Treatment will be assigned on the basis of relevant oncogenotype, will have cohort-specific inclusion/exclusion criteria, and, unless otherwise specified, will continue until disease progression, loss of clinical benefit, unacceptable toxicity, participant or physician decision to discontinue, or death, whichever occurs first. This phase III trial studies how well active surveillance help doctors to monitor subjects with low risk germ cell tumors for recurrence after their tumor is removed. When the germ cell tumor has spread outside of the organ in which it developed, it is considered metastatic. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as bleomycin, carboplatin, etoposide, and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. The trial studies whether carboplatin or cisplatin is the preferred chemotherapy to use in treating metastatic standard risk germ cell tumors. Read Less
