This is a Phase 1/2 dose escalation and cohort expansion study and will assess the safety, tolerability and anti-tumor activity of ARV-471 alone and in combination with palbociclib (IBRANCEĀ®) in patients with estrogen receptor positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative (ER+/HER2-) locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer, who have received prior hormonal therapy and chemotherapy in the locally advanced/metastatic setting.

National Collaborative to Improve Care of Children With Complex Congenital Heart Disease

Comparison of Methods of Pulmonary Blood Flow Augmentation in Neonates: Shunt Versus Stent (The COMPASS Trial)

COMPASS is a prospective multicenter randomized interventional trial. Participants with ductal-dependent pulmonary blood flow will be randomized to receive either a systemic-to-pulmonary artery shunt or ductal artery stent. Block randomization will be performed by center and by single vs. two ventricle status. Participants will be followed through the first year of life.
