This is a multicenter study that will be conducted at approximately 20 centers and up to 30 centers, if the sample size will be increased following interim assessment. The Q Therapeutic System (BQ 3.0) is a wearable medical device that produces and delivers non-invasive, extremely-low-intensity and low-frequency, frequency-tuned electromagnetic fields in order to stimulate neuronal networks with the aim of reducing disability and promoting neurorecovery. The Q Therapeutic System (BQ 3.0) is indicated for adjunctive use in a clinical facility or home setting, in addition to standard-of-care therapies. * In Stage 1 (starting 4-21 days after the index stroke event to day 90 post stroke), participants will be randomly assigned (1:1) to receive either active or the sham treatments, up to 5 times a week, and at least to a total of 45 treatments. * In Stage 2 (day 90 to day 180 post stroke), participants in both the active and the control group will be allowed to continue to receive active treatments, up to 5 times per week. * In stage 3 (day 180 to day 270 post stroke), participants will not receive any treatments and would be followed up until the final visit at day 270. Each session will last approximately 60 minutes, with stimulation activated for up to 40 minutes, in conjunction with a home-based exercise program. Treatments may be administered in the hospital, in the clinic or in a home setting. To improve patient selection for head CT, a safe and high sensitivity screening neuroimaging modality is needed. Currently many clinicians must make treatment decisions based solely on the patients clinical exam, which has low sensitivity and specificity and low inter-rater reliability. This study is being done to learn more about B-mode cranial point-of-care ultrasound (cPOCUS). Ultrasound has several advantages. This clinical trial is evaluating whether addition of navtemadlin to ruxolitinib treatment will provide more clinical benefit than ruxolitinib alone for patients with Myelofibrosis who have a suboptimal response to ruxolitinib treatment alone. Subjects will start by receiving ruxolitinib alone in the run-in period. Those who demostrate a suboptimal response from ruxolitinib alone will then be randomized 2:1 to receive navtemadlin or navtemadlin placebo as add-on treatment to their ongoing ruxolitinib. Randomized means that subjects will be assigned to a group by chance, like a flip of a coin. The study is blinded, meaning the subjects, doctors, central endpoint assessors and sponsor will not know which add on treatment (navtemadlin or navtemadlin placebo) the subject is receiving. The overall objective of this study is to determine the safety of PEG fusion when used with primary repair or reconstruction in patients with an acute upper extremity peripheral nerve injury. PEG is safe and effective for extending the half-life of circulating pharmaceutical products, when used in conjunction with a topical hemostatic agent in surgical wounds, and when used as a colon cleanser for endoscopic surgical procedures. However, PEG fusion has not been rigorously tested as a safe reagent to promote nerve regeneration in humans. Therefore, the goal of this Phase 2a clinical trial is to establish safety data and to examine the effect of PEG fusion on clinical outcomes including recovery of sensory and motor function. Results will be externally validated using data collected in the DoD funded prospective NERVE study and will provide preliminary evidence to power a larger phase II efficacy trial. Read Less

This phase II trial tests whether mosunetuzumab and/or polatuzumab vedotin helps benefit patients who have received chemotherapy (fludarabine and cyclophosphamide) followed by chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy (tisagenlecleucel, axicabtagene ciloleucel, or lisocabtagene maraleucel) for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has come back (recurrent) or that does not respond to treatment (refractory) or grade IIIb follicular lymphoma. Mosunetuzumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Polatuzumab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, called polatuzumab, linked to a drug called vedotin. Polatuzumab is a form of targeted therapy because it attaches to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of cancer cells, and delivers vedotin to kill them. Chemotherapy drugs, such as fludarabine and cyclophosphamide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. CAR T-cell therapy is a type of treatment in which a patient's T cells (a type of immune system cell) are changed in the laboratory so they will attack cancer cells. T cells are taken from a patient's blood. Then the gene for a special receptor that binds to a certain protein on the patient's cancer cells is added to the T cells in the laboratory. The special receptor is called a chimeric antigen receptor. Large numbers of the CAR T cells are grown in the laboratory and given to the patient by infusion for treatment of certain cancers. Giving mosunetuzumab and/or polatuzumab vedotin after chemotherapy and CAR T-cell therapy may be more effective at controlling or shrinking the cancer than not giving them. Read Less

The aim of "iSCAD," the International Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection (SCAD) Registry, is to serve as an internationally collaborative, multicenter registry coordinated by an experienced and centralized coordinating center in an effort to increase the pace of participant recruitment, and thereby increase statistical power of studies related to SCAD. The ultimate goal of iSCAD Registry is to facilitate the development of best practices and clinical guidelines for preventing SCAD or its recurrence.
