This study is designed to collect long-term safety and survival data from participants previously treated in an eligible Century-sponsored index trial. This is an observational study, and the elements of the study design allow for important follow-up for safety, survival, and the continued evaluation of any late adverse events (AEs) that may appear after treatment with such cellular products. Additionally, collection of persistence data from participants will support the identification of any long-term risks or late AEs that may be causally related to treatment with such cellular products. This phase III trial compares the effect of low dose tamoxifen to usual hormonal therapy, including aromatase inhibitors, in treating post-menopausal women with hormone positive, HER2 negative early stage breast cancer. Tamoxifen is in a class of medications known as antiestrogens. It blocks the activity of estrogen (a female hormone) in the breast. This may stop the growth of some breast tumors that need estrogen to grow. Aromatase inhibitors, such as anastrozole, letrozole, and exemestane, prevent the formation of estradiol, a female hormone, by interfering with an aromatase enzyme. Aromatase inhibitors are used as a type of hormone therapy to treat postmenopausal women with hormone-dependent breast cancer. Giving low dose tamoxifen may be more effective compared to usual hormone therapy in treating post-menopausal women with hormone-positive, HER2 negative early stage breast cancer. Read Less

Background: - Laboratory investigators who are studying common childhood cancers are interested in developing a tissue repository to collect and store blood, serum, tissue, urine, or tumors of children who have cancer or adults who have common childhood cancers. To develop this repository, additional samples will be collected from children and adults who have been diagnosed with common childhood cancers such as leukemia and tumors of the central nervous system. Objectives: - To collect and store blood, serum, tissue, urine, or tumor samples of children who have cancer or adults who have common childhood cancers. Eligibility: * Individuals who have been diagnosed with a common childhood cancer (e.g., leukemia) regardless of patient age. * Children, adolescents, and adults who have been diagnosed with a type of cancer more commonly found in adults. Design: * Extra blood, serum (the liquid part of blood), tissue, urine, or tumor samples will be collected from participants at a time when sampling is required for medical care or as part of a research study. * No additional procedures will be performed for the sole purpose of obtaining additional tumor tissue, aside from what is required for clinical care. This phase III trial compares the effects of olanzapine versus megestrol acetate in treating loss of appetite in patients with cancer that has spread to other places in the body (advanced). Olanzapine may stimulate and increase appetite. This study aims to find out if olanzapine is better than the usual approach (megestrol acetate) for stimulating appetite and preventing weight loss. Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when ABBV-400 is given in combination with Fluorouracil, Folinic Acid, and Bevacizumab to adult participants to treat unresctable metastatic colorectal cancer. ABBV-400 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer. Fluorouracil, folinic acid, and bevacizumab (FFB) is an approved drug for the treatment of unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer. Study doctors put the participants in groups called treatment arms. Each treatment arm receives a different dose of ABBV-400 in combination with FFB in escalating doses on two different schedules (safety lead in), followed by low or high doses of ABBV-400 in combination with FFB or fluorouracil, folinic acid, irinotecan, and bevacizumab (standard of care \[SOC\]) \[dose optimization\] on its own, ending with low or high doses of ABBV-400 in combination with FFB for continued dose optimization and expansion. Approximately 280 adult participants with unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer will be enrolled in the study in 65 sites worldwide. In the safety lead in, participants will receive escalating intravenous (IV) ABBV-400 in combination with IV FFB on two different schedules. During the dose optimization participants will receive IV ABBV-400 in combination with IV FFB at low or high doses determined in the safety lead in. The dose optimization arm will also include a comparator cohort in which participants will receive SOC. During the dose optimization and expansion stage, participants will receive IV ABBV-400 in combination with IV FFB at low or high doses that have been determined from the previous stages. The study will run for a duration of approximately 3 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires and side effects. Read Less

This is a prospective study for the long-term follow-up (LTFU) of safety and efficacy for all pediatric and adult participants exposed to Gene-modified (GM) T-cell therapy participating in a previous Celgene sponsored or Celgene alliance partner sponsored study. Participants who received at least one infusion of GM T cells will be asked to enroll in this LTFU protocol upon either premature discontinuation from, or completion of the prior parent treatment protocol. The investigators aim to ascertain the effects of hiatal hernia repair and fundoplication on the distensibility of the esophagogastric junction (EGJ) as measured by FLIP topography/impedance planimetry. The research study is being done to see if ziltivekimab can be used to treat people who were admitted to hospital because of a heart attack. Ziltivekimab might reduce development of heart disease, thereby preventing new heart attacks or strokes. Participants will either get ziltivekimab (active medicine) or placebo (a dummy medicine which has no effect on the body). Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. The chance of getting ziltivekimab or placebo is the same. The participant will need to inject the study medicine into a flat skin surface in there stomach, thigh, or upper arm once every month. Ziltivekimab is not yet approved in any country or region in the world. It is a new medicine that doctors cannot prescribe. The study will last for about 2 years. Read Less

B-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cells (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). Follicular Lymphoma is a slow-growing type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is the most common leukemia (cancer of blood cells). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-319 in adult participants in relapsed or refractory (R/R) diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), R/R follicular lymphoma (FL), or R/R CLL. Adverse events will be assessed. ABBV-319 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, or R/R CLL. This study will include a dose escalation phase to determine the doses of ABBV-319 that will be used in the next phase and a dose expansion phase to determine the change in disease activity in participants with R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, and R/R CLL. Approximately 154 adult participants with R/R B cell lymphomas including R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, and R/R CLL will be enrolled in the study in sites world wide. In the Dose Escalation phase of the study participants will receive escalating intravenously infused doses of ABBV-319 in 21-day cycles, until the Phase 2 dose is determined. In the dose expansion phase of the study participants receive intravenously infused ABBV-319 in 21-day cycles. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic).
