This single-site, non-randomized, interventional study evaluates the impact of a physical therapy consultation for patients with bladder cancer scheduled for radical cystectomy (RC). The purpose of this study is to investigate whether consultation with a physical therapist and the development of a personally tailored exercise program in the pre-cystectomy period for patients with bladder cancer will result in reduced post-operative complications, morbidity, length of inpatient stay, improve readmission 30-day and 90-day and improve 90-day mortality. The goal of this observational study is to learn how a physician uses the results of the Percepta® Nasal Swab test to manage people with a newly identified pulmonary nodule. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does the use of the Percepta Nasal swab test reduce the number of invasive procedures in people with a low-risk result and whose nodule is benign? Does the use of the Percepta Nasal swab test decrease the time to treatment in people with a high-risk result and whose nodule is cancer? Participants will be randomly assigned to either a group where the test result is provided to the physician (test arm) or to a group where the test result is not provided (control arm). A two arm pilot study investigating the rate of pathologic complete response in patients with vitamin D deficiency and triple negative breast cancer undergoing standard neoadjuvant chemotherapy + vitamin D supplementation, including an observational arm to describe response in patients who are not deficient. Investigators hypothesize that vitamin D supplementation during neoadjuvant chemotherapy in operable triple negative breast cancer patients with vitamin D deficiency, will increase the rate of pathologic complete response chain reaction to that of vitamin D sufficient patients based on historical controls. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of obtaining repeated measurements of lean muscle mass, physical function, and biological aging in children receiving active cancer therapy. The secondary objective is to evaluate the feasibility of using the D3-creatine dilution method (D3Cr) to measure skeletal muscle mass in children with cancer. Assessments will be collected at diagnosis, once during active treatment, and end of treatment in coordination with routine imaging to monitor changes in study outcomes during active cancer treatment. This study will follow men with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer throughout their standard of care treatment for their disease to determine if the presence of different genes or proteins can predict which patients respond to the cancer treatment they receive. As tumors grow and begin to spread, they may release cells into patients' bloodstream. These cells are called "circulating tumor cells", or CTCs. CTCs can be used to look for differences in "biomarkers" (genes or proteins that may change based on how a person is or is not responding to treatment). The purpose of this research study is to learn whether scientists can use biomarkers from CTCs to predict which tumors will respond to certain hormonal therapies. Participants will have blood collected and provide an archival sample from a previous tumor biopsy.
