Open-Label study evaluating safety and efficacy of SM-020 Gel 1.0% in subjects with Seborrheic Keratoses and Non-Melanoma Skin Cancers (i.e. Basal Cell Carcinoma and Squamous Cell Carcinoma In Situ). Subjects will be enrolled into 1 of 5 cohorts. Each cohort will enroll approximately 5-10 subjects with at least 1 eligible lesion to be treated. A maximum of 5 lesions may be enrolled per subject. Treatment for all subjects and all lesions will be twice daily for approximately 28 days. Post treatment, residual lesions may be excised per standard of care for histological evaluation. This study evaluates navtemadlin as maintenance treatment for patients with advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer (EC) who have achieved complete response or partial response on chemotherapy. The study will be conducted in 2 parts. Part 1 will evaluate safety and efficacy of two different doses of navtemadlin alongside an observational control arm to determine the Phase 3 navtemadlin dose. This phase I trial is designed in two parts. First as an open-label, dose escalation trial of MEM-288 monotherapy in which investigators aim to find the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended phase II dose (RP2D). Subjects with selected solid tumors including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have a tumor lesion which is accessible for injection will undergo intratumoral injection of MEM-288. Following completion of the monotherapy study portion of the study, an expansion arm is designed to test MEM-288 with concurrent anti-PD-1 (nivolumab) therapy for patients with first relapsed or refractory advanced/metastatic NSCLC following front-line anti-PD-1/PD-L1 with or without concurrent chemotherapy. The study rationale is that the oncolytic effect of MEM-288 combined with the presence of CD40L and type 1 interferon (IFN) in injected tumors will provide a strong signal for dendritic cell (DC)-mediated T cell activation leading to generation of systemic anti-tumor T cell responses with broad specificity akin to what is observed in the abscopal effect. Further study rationale is the anti-tumor effect of MEM-288 will be enhanced by nivolumab by reversing T cell exhaustion. Read Less

This is a phase 1 first in human, dose escalation trial of GP-2250 administered in combination with gemcitabine in subjects with advanced pancreatic cancer previously treated with 5-fluorouracil-based chemotherapy. Prior radiosensitization with gemcitabine, the use of 5-fluorouracil, FOLFIRINOX or Nab-paclitaxel/gemcitabine in the neoadjuvant setting, and prior pancreaticoduodenectomy (Whipple procedure) is allowed. If prior treatment with gemcitabine was at therapeutic doses, a minimum of 3 months must have elapsed since the end of such treatment. This is a multi-cohort single arm phase II/screening trial of the combination of a fusion protein that binds EphrinB2 and blocks interaction with cell surface EphB receptors (sEphB4-HSA) in combination with an anti-PD1 antibody (MK-7435 / Pembrolizumab) for treatment of patients with specific solid tumors. International guidelines recommend deciding the treatment of colorectal lesions based on the estimated histology by endoscopic optical diagnosis. However, the theoretical and practical knowledge on optical diagnosis is not widely expanded The mail goal of this randomised controlled trial is to compare the pooled sensitivity of optical diagnosis for predicting deep submucosal invasion in large non-pedunculated polyps \> 20 mm assessed in routine colonoscopies of gastroenterologists attending a e-learning module (intervention group) vs gastroenterologists who do not (control group) The main questions the study aims to answer are: * Is the pooled sensitivity of optical diagnosis for predicting deep submucosal invasion in large non-pedunculated polyps assessed in routine colonoscopies increased in those gastroenterologists participating in the e-learning module? * Is the pooled diagnostic accuracy of optical diagnosis for predicting deep sm invasion in large non-pedunculated polyps ≥ 20 mm assessed in routine colonoscopies increased in those gastroenterologists participating in the e-learning module? * In lesions with submucosal invasion, is the en bloc and complete resection rate (R0) increased in those gastroenterologists participating in the e-learning module? * In lesions referred to surgery, is the pooled benign polyps rate decreased in those gastroenterologists participating in the e-learning module? * In lesions treated with advanced en bloc procedures (ESD, TAMIS, fullthickness resection), is the pooled rate of histology with high-grade dysplasia, intramucosal cancer or submucosal invasion increased in those gastroenterologists participating in the e-learning module? * In lesions treated with piecemeal endoscopic resection, is the pooled rate of histology with high-grade dysplasia, intramucosal cancer or submucosal invasion decreased in those gastroenterologists participating in the e-learning module? * Is the diagnostic accuracy for predicting deep submucosal invasion in a test with pictures increased after participating in the e-learning module? The participants (or subjects of study) are gastroenterologists. They will be randomised to do the e-learning course (intervention group) or not (control group). Researchers will compare clinical outcomes of gastroenterologists participating in the e-learning module vs gastroenterologists not participating in the e-learning module to see if: * the pooled sensitivity of optical diagnosis for predicting deep submucosal invasion in large non-pedunculated polyps \> 20 mm assessed in routine colonoscopies is increased. * the pooled diagnostic accuracy of optical diagnosis for predicting deep sm invasion in large non-pedunculated polyps \> 20 mm is increased. * the en bloc and complete resection rate (R0) is increased in lesions with submucosal invasion. * the pooled benign polyps rate decreased in lesions referred to surgery. * the pooled rate of histology with high-grade dysplasia, intramucosal cancer or submucosal invasion increased in lesions treated with advanced en bloc procedures (ESD, TAMIS, fullthickness resection). * the pooled rate of histology with high-grade dysplasia, intramucosal cancer or submucosal invasion decreased in lesions treated with piecemeal endoscopic resection. * the diagnostic accuracy for predicting deep submucosal invasion in a test with pictures after participating is increased. This phase II trial studies how well TPIV100 and sargramostim work in treating patients with HER2 positive, stage II-III breast cancer that has residual disease after chemotherapy prior to surgery. It also studies why some HER2 positive breast cancer patients respond better to chemotherapy in combination with trastuzumab and pertuzumab. TPIV100 is a type of vaccine made from HER2 peptide that may help the body build an effective immune response to kill tumor cells that express HER2. Sargramostim increases the number of white blood cells in the body following chemotherapy for certain types of cancer and is used to alert the immune system. It is not yet known if TPIV100 and sargramostim will work better in treating patients with HER2 positive, stage II-III breast cancer. Read Less
