Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most common type of cancer diagnosed worldwide and in China. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events disease activity when comparing intravenously (IV) infused ABBV-400 to trifluridine and tipiracil (LONSURF) oral tablets plus IV infused bevacizumab in adult participants with c-Met over-expressed refractory metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). ABBV-400 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of CRC. Participants are put into treatment arms as part of 2 stages. Each treatment arm in stage 1 receives a different dose of ABBV-400. Each treatment arm in stage 2 receives the optimal dose of ABBV-400 or LONSURF plus bevacizumab. Up to approximately 460 adult participants with c-Met over-expressed (OE) refractory mCRC, will be enrolled in the study in approximately 160 sites in 15-20 countries. In stage 1, participants will receive intravenously (IV) infused ABBV-400 dose A or B. In stage 2, participants will receive the optimal dose of IV infused ABBV-400 or the standard of care (SOC), LONSURF oral tablets plus IV infused bevacizumab. The total study duration will be approximately 4 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). PUMA-ALI-1201 is a randomized, dose optimization, multicenter, Phase 2 study of alisertib administered in combination with endocrine therapy in participants with pathology-confirmed HR-positive/HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer (MBC) following progression on or after at least two prior lines of endocrine therapy in the recurrent or metastatic setting. This study is intended to evaluate the optimal alisertib dose administered in combination with the selected endocrine therapy. This pilot health services interventional study aims to prospectively assess the effectiveness of a pre-treatment rehabilitation (prehabilitation) program across a diverse cohort of adult cancer patients via a randomized pilot trial. Upon screening and identification of high-risk features through a central navigation process, patients referred to oncology clinics will be approached to participate in tailored prehabilitation interventions. The study will track and analyze functional outcomes and quality of life aiming to demonstrate the comprehensive benefits of prehabilitation on the cancer treatment continuum. We hypothesize that this referral program is feasible and that those randomized to the intervention arm will have superior functional outcomes and global health-related quality of life. The rationale for this study is anchored in the urgent need to optimize the cancer care trajectory for high-risk patients whose treatment outcomes and quality of life are jeopardized by the multifaceted challenges of their disease. While prehabilitation has shown potential to mitigate these adverse effects, the optimal methods for identifying and connecting these high-risk individuals to appropriate prehabilitation resources remain underexplored. This study, with its systematic approach to enrolling a diverse adult cancer population, endeavors to investigate not only the benefits of prehabilitation interventions but also the effectiveness of a targeted referral process. By doing so, it aims to uncover novel strategies for efficiently allocating prehabilitation resources, thereby enhancing the precision and impact of supportive cancer care. Read Less

In this open-label, two-arm, randomized phase 2 clinical trial, patients with clinical stage 1B-3A non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) will receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy and cemiplimab every 3 weeks for 3 cycles with or without alirocumab every 4 weeks prior to surgery. Eligible patients will be randomized with equal allocation to two treatment groups. Permuted block randomization algorithm will be used for treatment assignment with stratification factors: stage (1B, 2A, 2B, 3A), and performance status (0 vs. 1). The study hypothesis is that the addition of alirocumab to neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy will make tumor cells more immunogenic to cytotoxic T cells, resulting in an increase in complete pathologic responses in surgically resected tumor. Medicines that reduce the amount of testosterone in the body are commonly used to treat prostate cancer. PRL-02 depot is a potential treatment for men with advanced prostate cancer. It is given by an injection into the muscle. Men with advanced prostate cancer can take part in this study. Their cancer has come back after previous cancer treatment, or the previous cancer treatment they had didn't work. The main aims of the study are: * to check the safety of PRL-02 depot given with and without another medicine called enzalutamide. * to check if the men can tolerate PRL-02 depot given with or without enzalutamide. * to find a suitable dose of PRL-02 depot. This study will be in 2 parts. In the first part, different small groups of men will receive lower to higher doses of PRL-02 depot together with other medicines. In the second part of the study, men who have previously taken a hormone therapy called abiraterone acetate or have previously taken 1 specific hormone therapy as part of their prostate cancer treatment can take part. Men in both parts of the study will receive injections of PRL-02 depot into a muscle once every 12 weeks. They will also take dexamethasone or prednisone, or enzalutamide once a day. The other medicines they take depend on which group and which part of the study they are in. During the study, the men will visit the clinic several times for health checks and scans. After the final visit, men whose cancer has not become worse will continue to have health checks and scans every few months. Read Less

This research study is investigating the safety and effectiveness of using combination of isatuximab, lenalidomide and dexamethasone for the treatment of newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (MM). The study team will use lower doses than is currently standard for these drugs. Lower doses will be used to avoid or possibly reduce any unwanted side effects commonly associated with these drugs. Using lower doses of the combination isatuximab, lenalidomide and dexamethasone, has not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of newly diagnosed MM. Read Less
