This phase I trial finds out the best dose, possible benefits and/or side effects of papaverine when given together with chemoradiation intreating patients with stage II-III non-small cell lung cancer. Papaverine targets mitochondrial metabolism to decrease the cancer growth process. Giving papaverine with chemoradiation may work best to treat patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Read Less

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer diagnosed in men in the USA with 268,490 cases diagnosed in 2022 constituting 27% of male cancers and 34,500 deaths (11%) occurred in same year.1 Prostate cancer is a very heterogeneous disease that has different presentations, molecular and pathological features, stages, and disease biology. The treatment options are dependent on the disease stage, its features, and the patient's condition and preferences. The disease outcome also varies significantly due to the previous heterogeneity of the features in addition to other social determinants of health. Therefore, it is critical to obtain real-world data that reflects the actual patterns of prostate cancer presentation, work up, management, and outcome. Real World Prostate Cancer Registry (RWPCR) aims at compiling real world data from patients presented with prostate cancer in the tristate area. The purpose of this study is to learn whether PYLARIFY PET imaging (study scan) can safely and accurately detect the presence or absence of prostate cancer growing beyond the prostate gland in men with favorable intermediate risk prostate cancer. Participants will receive a single dose of PYLARIFY injection followed by a single whole-body PET/CT or PET/MRI scan acquired at 1 to 2 hours after PYLARIFY injection. Participants with positive study scan results that are suspicious for prostate cancer outside of the prostate gland may be asked to undergo additional diagnostic test(s) and/or recommend certain treatment(s) for prostate cancer within 2 to 90 days after the study scan. Participants will be monitored for up to 12 months to collecting information about treatment they receive for prostate cancer and results of regular PSA blood draws if ordered by doctors for up to 12 months after the study scan. Study STX-478-101 is a multipart, open-label, phase 1/2 study evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and preliminary antitumor activity of STX-478 (LY4064809) in participants with advanced solid tumors with P13Ka mutations. Part 1 will evaluate STX-478 as monotherapy in participants with advanced solid tumors. Part 2 will evaluate STX-478 therapy as combination therapy with fulvestrant in participants with hormone receptor positive (HR+) breast cancer. Part 3 will evaluate STX-478 as combination therapy with endocrine therapy (aromatase inhibitors, fulvestrant or imlunestrant) and a CDK4/6 Inhibitor (either Ribociclib, Palbociclib or Abemaciclib) in participants with HR+ breast cancer. This is a Phase 1b/2, open-label, parallel-arms pilot study in men and post-menopausal women with hormone receptor positive (HR+), HER2- advanced or metastatic breast cancer with an alteration in the PI3K pathway, including a mutation of the PIK3CA gene, PTEN loss, or AKT1 mutation, designed to determine the safety of evexomostat (SDX-7320) plus standard of care treatment alpelisib (BYL-719) or capivasertib and fulvestrant (each combined, the 'triplet therapy'), to measure the severity and number of hyperglycemic events, and to assess clinical, anti-tumor benefit of the triplet therapy. The purpose of this study is: * to characterize the safety of the triplet drug combination consisting of either alpelisib or capivasertib (per the treating oncologist's choice) and fulvestrant plus evexomostat, * to test whether evexomostat, when given in combination with either alpelisib or capivasertib and fulvestrant will reduce the number and severity of hyperglycemic events and/or reduce the number or dose of anti-diabetic medications needed to control the hyperglycemia for metabolically normal patients and those deemed at risk for capivasertib and alpelisib-induced hyperglycemia (insulin resistance, as measured by HOMA-IR, baseline elevated HbA1c or well-controlled type 2 diabetes), and * to assess preliminary anti-tumor efficacy for each combination and changes in key biomarkers and quality of life in this patient population. The goal of this clinical trial is to test and improve an online program for caregivers of young childhood cancer survivors called the Preparing for Life and Academics for Young survivors program (PLAY). The PLAY program was created with a group of caregivers of young children with cancer and healthcare providers. Ultimately, investigators hope to see if the program can improve positive parenting behaviors, reduce caregiver stress, and help get young children ready for school. In the preliminary phase of this clinical trial, investigators are aiming to answer these questions: 1. Are caregivers of childhood cancer survivors willing to participate in the PLAY program and complete assessments before and after the program? 2. Do caregivers of childhood cancer survivors rate the PLAY program as easy to use? 3. Are caregivers of childhood cancer survivors satisfied with the PLAY program? 4. How can the PLAY program be improved in the future? When the child is transitioning to maintenance phase therapies or off cancer treatment, caregivers will be invited to participate and complete surveys when they begin the study as well as a videotaped interaction task with their child. Children will complete brief developmental testing at the beginning of the program. Caregivers will then complete the PLAY Program, which will involve completing 7 weekly or bi-weekly online modules and meeting with a trained coach by videoconference for up to 8 one-hour sessions over three months. Sessions will focus on helping their child get ready for school and help their family adjust and cope with stress. Caregivers will repeat the surveys and videotaped interaction task again three months later, after the PLAY program is completed. They will also be invited to participate in an interview to learn about their experience in the program. Read Less
