This study will look at how well CagriSema helps people with type 2 diabetes lower their blood sugar and body weight. CagriSema is a new investigational medicine. Doctors may not yet prescribe CagriSema. CagriSema will be compared to a medicine called tirzepatide that doctors may prescribe in some countries. Participants will get either CagriSema or tirzepatide. Which treatment participant get is decided by chance like flipping a coin. Participant will have an equal chance of receiving either drug. This study will look at how a new medicine called NNC0519-0130 helps people with excess body weight lose weight. The study will test up to 6 different doses of NNC0519-0130. Participants will take 1-2 injections once a week. The study medicine will be injected under skin with a thin needle in the stomach, thigh, or upper arm. The study will last for about 42 weeks. The purpose of this study is to understand the safety and effects of a combined influenza and COVID-19 vaccine. This combined vaccine is compared to separate vaccines for the protection against influenza and SARS-CoV-2. Influenza and COVID-19 are diseases that can spread easily from one person to another and cause body aches, fever, cough, and other symptoms. Giving both influenza and COVID-19 vaccines together against influenza and SARS-CoV-2 could provide great benefits to both patients and caregivers in terms of simple and easy care. Around 9000 participants will be assigned into 1 of 4 vaccination groups (Group A, B, C or D) by chance. Cohort 1: Around 4500 participants will be assigned by chance to one of the following: Group A:Influenza and COVID-19 combination A vaccine, given at the same time in the right arm and placebo (an injection consisting of just salt water and no medicines in it) in the left arm. Group B: COVID-19 vaccine, given at the same time to the right arm and licensed influenza vaccine in the left arm. Cohort 2: Around 4500 participants will be assigned by chance to one of the following: Group C: Influenza and COVID-19 combination B vaccine, given at the same time in the right arm and placebo in the left arm. Group D: COVID-19 vaccine, given at the same time in the right arm and licenced influenza vaccine in the left arm. All participants will receive 2 injections as per their assigned study group at Visit 1. The participants will be followed for about 6 months. During this time, the study will compare participant experiences when they receive a combined vaccination to when they receive separate vaccinations. This is a Phase 2/3 study that comprises 5 substudies designed to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of oral etrasimod as therapy in adult participants with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease (CD) who are refractory or intolerant to at least 1 of the current therapies for CD (ie, corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, or biologics). This study is open to adults who are at least 18 years old and have a body mass index (BMI)bof 27 kg/m2 or more. People can take part if they have cardiovascular or chronic kidney disease. People who have at least 2 health problems related to their weight or risks of cardiovascular disease can participate. Participants must have previously tried to lose weight by changing their diet. The purpose of this study is to find out whether people with overweight or obesity who take a medicine called survodutide (BI 456906) are less or more likely to develop serious cardiovascular problems. It also aims to find out whether health parameters like blood pressure improve. Overweight and obesity are linked to cardiovascular disease. Survodutide is a medicine that is developed to help people with obesity or overweight to lose weight. Participants are divided into 3 groups of almost equal size. 2 groups get different doses of survodutide and 1 group gets placebo. Placebo looks like survodutide but does not contain any medicine. Every participant has a 2 in 3 chance of getting survodutide. Participants inject survodutide or placebo under the skin once a week. All participants also receive counselling on diet and physical activity. Participants are in the study for up to 2 years and 3 months. During this time, it is planned that participants visit the study site up to 21 times and attend remote visits by video calls. During these visits, the doctors check participants' cardiovascular and overall health. The results are compared between survodutide and placebo groups. Brief Summary of Stage 1: The purpose Stage 1 (Phase I/IIa) is to assess the safety and immunogenicity of a single intramuscular (IM) injection of 3 dose-levels of an Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) vaccine candidate formulated with 2 different lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) in healthy adult participants aged between 18 to 50 years, and 60 years and older. The primary objectives of this stage are to assess the safety and immunogenicity profiles across the dose-level groups (low, medium, and high doses) with 2 LNPs. This stage will evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a booster vaccination administered 12 months after the primary vaccination in a subset of the study population. Brief Summary of Stage 2: The study also also incorporates a Stage 2 (Phase IIa, dose-ranging design) that includes adults aged 60 years and older to assess the safety and immunogenicity of different doses of RSV vaccine encapsulated in one of the LNPs. In the Phase IIa dose-ranging stage, eligible participants will be randomly assigned in a 1:1:1 ratio to receive a single IM administration of RSV vaccine candidate doses, or placebo.
