This phase II trial studies whether adding radium-223 dichloride to the usual treatment, cabozantinib, improves outcomes in patients with renal cell cancer that has spread to the bone. Radioactive drugs such as radium-223 dichloride may directly target radiation to cancer cells and minimize harm to normal cells. Cabozantinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving radium-223 dichloride and cabozantinib may help lessen the pain and symptoms from renal cell cancer that has spread to the bone, compared to cabozantinib alone. Read Less

This phase I/II trial studies the safety, side effects and best dose of M3814 and to see how well it works when given together with radiation therapy in treating patients with pancreatic cancer that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced). M3814 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Hypofractionated radiation therapy delivers higher doses of radiation therapy over a shorter period of time and may kill more tumor cells and have fewer side effects. Giving M3814 and hypofractionated radiation therapy together may be safe, tolerable and/or more effective than radiation therapy alone in treating patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer. Phase 2 open-label, single-arm clinical trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant olaparib + LHRH agonist administered for 6 months prior to radical prostatectomy (RP) in men with unfavorable intermediate-risk or high-risk localized prostate cancer. All patients must have confirmed germline or somatic select HRR alterations. Germline and somatic mutation testing will be performed as part of commercially available CLIA assays and will be validated on a uniform platform centrally all patients retrospectively. Eligible patients will receive treatment with olaparib + LHRH agonist. Following 6 months of therapy, patients will undergo RP with mandatory lymph node dissection. The lymph node dissection template will be at the discretion of the treating urologist. RP specimens will undergo pathology blinded independent central review.
