The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that integration of exercise intervention into standard post-cancer directed treatment care will improve patient reported pain, decrease the need for medications to manage chronic pain and improve functional and psychosocial outcomes in survivors of cancers in children and adolescents. Our central hypothesis is that integration of exercise interventions into standard post-cancer directed treatment care will be acceptable and feasible while improving patients' pain, decreasing the cumulative dose of pain medication and improving patients' functional and psychosocial outcomes as compared to patients who only receive standard post-cancer directed treatment care. This is a first-in-human, open-label, nonrandomized, four-part trial to determine the safety profile and identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of INBRX-105 and INBRX-105 in combination with Pembrolizumab. The purpose of this study is to test a new method of experimental treatment for cutaneous squamous cell skin cancer, using small adhesive-like patches (a micro-needle applicator or MNA for short), which have dozens of very small micro-needles loaded with extremely low doses of doxorubicin, a chemotherapy agent. The overall goal of this study is to test the safety and effectiveness of these patches. The investigators have established the highest tolerated dose at 50 micrograms in a previous study for a different type of cancer that affects the skin. This study expands the application of an electronic health record (EHR) "nudge" used to prompt physicians' clinical practice to order molecular testing at the time of initial diagnosis for patients with specific types of advanced lung cancer. The primary goal is to have these test results available prior to starting treatment so that physicians can make molecularly-informed treatment decisions. The purpose of this study is to identify markers in the blood and tissue that could indicate risk factors for the development and progression of esophagus cancer. This research aims to collect medical history, blood, and tissue samples from patients who present with an esophageal disorder. Identifying genetic and behavioral risk factors involved in the development of esophageal cancer might allow for early detection and prevention. Survival and an opportunity for a cure with esophageal cancer will depend greatly on the stage of diagnosis. Tumors can develop changes in their genetic (hereditary) make-up, and these changes can sometimes be seen in normal tissues before the development of cancer. These genetic (hereditary) changes can serve as tumor markers and can be detected using methods that study changes in genetic material like DNA and RNA. The analysis of proteins can provide additional information. By identifying changes in these molecules that are different or altered in cancer, the investigators can use methods and tests for the detection of these changes. Read Less

Patients with known or suspected, in the opinion of an investigator, primary or metastatic breast cancer may be eligible for this study. Up to 45 evaluable participants may undergo study imaging in this protocol. The imaging procedure may include one or both of the following imaging sessions; 1) a 45- 60 minute dynamic scan, starting at approximately the same time as the injection and/or 2) a skull base to mid-thigh scan starting approximately 60 minutes post injection of [18F]FTT. The planned scanning protocol will be selected by an investigator and will be discussed with the participant prior to the imaging visit. The PET/CT scan will include an injection of [18F]FTT. Data will be collected to evaluate uptake of [18F]FTT in breast cancer and compare with PARP-1 activity in tissue, when available. If participants are getting neoadjuvant or other systemic therapy, a second optional scan may be performed 1 day to 4 weeks after therapy begins to evaluate whether response correlates with increase in PARP-1 activity.
