This phase II trial studies how well TPIV100 and sargramostim work in treating patients with HER2 positive, stage II-III breast cancer that has residual disease after chemotherapy prior to surgery. It also studies why some HER2 positive breast cancer patients respond better to chemotherapy in combination with trastuzumab and pertuzumab. TPIV100 is a type of vaccine made from HER2 peptide that may help the body build an effective immune response to kill tumor cells that express HER2. Sargramostim increases the number of white blood cells in the body following chemotherapy for certain types of cancer and is used to alert the immune system. It is not yet known if TPIV100 and sargramostim will work better in treating patients with HER2 positive, stage II-III breast cancer. Read Less

The Childhood Cancer Survivor Study (CCSS) will investigate the long-term effects of cancer and its associated therapies. A retrospective cohort study will be conducted through a multi-institutional collaboration, which will involve the identification and active follow-up of a cohort of approximately 50,000 survivors of cancer, diagnosed before 21 years of age, between 1970 and 1999 and 10,000 sibling controls. This project will study children and young adults exposed to specific therapeutic modalities, including radiation, chemotherapy, and/or surgery, who are at increased risk of late-occurring adverse health outcomes. The purpose of this study is to see how safe and effective ABBV-CLS-579 is when used alone and in combination with a PD-1 target agent or with a VEGF TKI. ABBV-CLS-579 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of tumors. The trial aims to establish a safe, tolerable, and efficacious dose of ABBV-CLS-579 as monotherapy and in combination. The study will be conducted in three parts. Part 1 Monotherapy Dose Escalation, Part 2 Combination Dose Escalation, and Part 3 Combination Dose Expansion. Part 1, ABBV-CLS-579 will be administered alone in escalating dose levels to eligible subjects who have advanced solid tumors. Part 2, ABBV-CLS-579 will be administered at escalating dose levels in combination with a PD-1 targeting agent to eligible subjects who have advanced solid tumors. Part 3, ABBV-CLS-579 will be administered at the determined recommended dose in combination with a PD-1 target agent or with a VEGFR TKI in subjects with locally advanced or metastatic, relapsed or refractory head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), relapsed or refractory non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). Adult participants with a diagnosis of some solid tumors for which no effective standard therapy exists or has failed will be enrolled. Participants will receive study treatment until disease progresses or discontinued. There may be a higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the course of the study at a hospital or clinic. The purpose of this study is to test the safety and tolerability of HFB200603 as a single agent and in combination with tislelizumab in patients with advanced cancers. There are two parts in this study. During the escalation part, groups of participants will receive increasing doses of HFB200603 as a monotherapy or in combination with tislelizumab until a safe and tolerable dose of HFB200603 as a single agent or combination therapy is determined. During the expansion part, participants will take the doses of HFB200603 as a monotherapy (optional arm) or in combination with tislelizumab that were determined from the escalation part of the study and will be assigned to a group based on the type of cancer the participants have. Open label first-in-human study of TH1902 in solid cancer, with 4 sequential parts: Part 1 (dose escalation): patients with recurrent advanced solid tumors (all comers) that have relapsed or are refractory to standard chemotherapy, surgery, radiation therapy, and for which no known effective therapies exist. Part 2 (expansion): selected patient populations with recurrent advanced TNBC, HR+ breast cancer, epithelial ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, cutaneous melanoma, thyroid cancer, SCLC, prostate cancer and other cancers known to express SORT1 that are refractory to standard therapy. Part 3 (optimization): patients diagnosed with histologically or cytologically confirmed high grade serous ovarian cancer, including high grade peritoneal or fallopian tube cancer, or high grade endometrioid cancer, that is refractory or resistant to standard therapies, should not be considered platinum sensitive, and where current therapy is not considered to be providing benefit.
