The major morbidities of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant with non-human leukocyte antigen (HLA) matched siblings are graft vs host disease (GVHD) and life threatening infections. T depletion of the donor hematopoietic stem cell graft is effective in preventing GVHD, but immune reconstitution is slow, increasing the risk of infections. The purpose of this current study is to conduct a conceptual replication with an independent evaluation team of the randomized controlled trial conducted by Langberg and colleagues, which demonstrated the efficacy of the Homework, Organization, and Planning Skills (HOPS) intervention. The study will be conducted under routine practice conditions with school staff serving as interventionists; the study sample will include the broad range of students with organization, time management, and planning problems. The study will examine how implementation factors (fidelity, engagement, working alliance) are related to outcomes, and it will explore the potential moderating role of school organization factors on outcomes. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, MTD and RP2D of LP-184 in patients with advanced solid tumors who have relapsed from or are refractory to standard therapy or for whom no standard therapy is available. The secondary objectives are to characterize the PK of LP-184 and its metabolites in plasma and assess clinical activity of LP-184. The goal of this randomized controlled trial is to examine the effect of a virtual face-to-face health coach intervention to improve self-care among caregivers of hospitalized older adults during care transitions compared to web-based resource information alone to determine the effectiveness of each intervention. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. compare the efficacy of the virtual health coaching intervention vs. web-based information alone in improving self-care in caregivers of hospitalized community-dwelling older adults with multiple chronic conditions (MCCs) who transition from hospital to home, 2. compare outcomes among Black/African American and White caregivers who receive the intervention vs. digital health information alone, and 3. explore the estimated the cost of the interventions and acute care resource use among patients of caregivers who received virtual intervention vs. digital health information alone. Participants who enroll will agree to enroll will: * be randomly assigned to either the health information group or the health coaching intervention plus health information group for six months, and * be asked to complete a baseline interview, a check-in call at one month post-hospital discharge, and two follow-up interviews at 3- and 6-months after enrollment. The goal of this study is to compare two different approaches to help families with children 6-11 years enhance nighttime sleep: 1) working one-on-one with a nurse to learn effective behavioral strategies to try to improve children's sleep or 2) receiving education on a good night's sleep and its benefits. Participating families will meet with a nurse 6 times or receive 6 educational handouts. Participating families will also complete three assessments (start of the study, 2 months and 6 months) during which study questionnaires will be completed, participating children will wear devices that assess sleep and physical activity, participating families will report on what the child ate on two separate days and will be measured for height and weight. This is a multi-center, open-label, first-in-human Phase 1 study evaluating the anti-programmed death receptor 1 (anti-PD-1) antibody dostarlimab (also known as TSR-042) n participants with advanced solid tumors who have limited available treatment options. The study will be conducted in 2 parts with Part 1 consisting of safety evaluation, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PDy) of escalating doses of dostarlimab. Dose escalation will be based on ascending weight-based dose levels (DLs) of dostarlimab and will continue until the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) is reached or may be stopped at any dose level up to the highest dose of 20 milligrams per kilograms (mg/kg) based on emerging safety and PK/PDy data. Part 2 will be conducted in two subparts, Part 2A (fixed-dose safety evaluation cohorts) and Part 2B (expansion cohorts). Part 2A of the study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of dostarlimab at fixed doses of 500 mg administered every 3 weeks (Q3W) and 1000 mg administered every 6 weeks (Q6W). The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the impact of SCThrive (a behavioral self-management intervention) on patient activation, self-management behaviors, daily functioning, and emergency room visits in 260 adolescents and young adults with sickle cell disease (SCD) ages 13-21 receiving care at 1 of 4 pediatric SCD clinics. The main question\[s\]it aims to answer are: * Does SCThrive improve patient activation? * Does SCThrive improve self-management behaviors, daily functioning, and decrease emergency room visits? * Are any improvements maintained 3 months after treatment? Participants will complete self-management related surveys before, after, and 3 months following their participation in an 8- week, virtual group intervention with an accompanying mobile app (SCThrive). Researchers will compare outcomes for participants who receive SCThrive and participants who receive uniform standard care (SCHealthED which = standard of care plus SCD educational text messages) to see if there are differences in patient activation, self-management behaviors, daily functioning, and emergency room visits. In this study, researchers will learn more about the safety of BIIB141, also known as omaveloxolone or SKYCLARYS®. This is a drug available for doctors to prescribe for people with Friedreich's Ataxia, also known as FA. This is known as an "observational" study, which collects health information about study participants without changing their medical care. Participants for this study will be found using a group called the Friedreich's Ataxia Global Clinical Consortium (FA GCC). This is a group of study research centers that help provide clinical care for people with FA. The main objective of this study is to collect safety information in participants with FA who are being prescribed BIIB141 for the first time by their own doctors. The main question researchers want to answer in this study is: How many participants had serious adverse events (SAEs)? An adverse event is considered serious when it results in death, is life-threatening, causes lasting problems, or requires hospital care. How many participants had adverse events (AEs) related to heart failure or liver damage caused by the drug? Researchers will also learn more about : • Why and when participants stopped treatment, left the study, or took more of the drug than was prescribed This study will be done as follows: * Participants will be screened to check if they can join the study. * After joining the study, the participants must start treatment with BIIB141 within 6 months. * During the study, each participant's doctor will decide how often the participant visits the study research center to check on their health. This will be based on the doctor's own clinical judgment and what is recommended by the drug's label. Most participants will visit their study research center at least once a year. * Data from the participants' regular visits to their doctor will be collected at 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, 48 months, and 60 months. * Each participant will be in the study for up to 5 years. HeartShare is a comprehensive study of heart failure, a common and serious medical condition which occurs when the heart is unable to keep up with the demands of the body, resulting in shortness of breath, fluid retention, and fatigue. HeartShare aims to better classify heart failure into subtypes to help develop more personalized treatments for patients, with the hope that this will improve the lives of heart failure patients. To do this, HeartShare is bringing together a large amount of data (including images, such as heart ultrasounds and MRIs and molecular data from the blood, such as genetics) from previously conducted studies and electronic health records, and is gathering new data through participants enrolled in the HeartShare Deep Phenotyping Study.
