This clinical trial studies the effects of dexrazoxane hydrochloride on biomarkers associated with cardiomyopathy and heart failure after cancer treatment. Studying samples of blood in the laboratory from patients receiving dexrazoxane hydrochloride may help doctors learn more about the effects of dexrazoxane hydrochloride on cells. This is a multi-center, open-label Phase 0 Master Protocol designed to study the localized pharmacodynamics (PD) of anti-cancer therapies within the tumor microenvironment (TME) when administered intratumorally in microdose quantities via the CIVO device in patients with surface accessible solid tumors for which there is a scheduled surgical intervention. The purpose of this research study is to see how well the treatment of a participant's eye coordination and/or focusing problems improves eye muscle responses and symptoms of eyestrain. We will use an entertainment device called a virtual reality headset to play a custom-designed video game to find out how well the treatment of binocular vision improves a participant's coordination and/or focusing problem. The virtual reality headset uses eye-trackers to monitor progress in a totally objective manner. Objective testing allows the doctor to determine the results without relying on a participant's ability to answer questions or respond verbally in any way. This is a prospective, observational, multi-center cohort study of pediatric cardiac arrests. The purpose of the study is to determine the association between chest compression mechanics (rate, depth, flow fraction, compression release) and patient outcomes. The investigators long-term goal is to reduce tobacco use and tobacco-related health disparities among SGM populations. The objective of Project SMART (Social Media Anti-Vaping Messages to Reduce ENDS Use Among Sexual and Gender Minority Teens) is to evaluate the effectiveness of an sexual gender minority (SGM) -tailored social media intervention to prevent vaping initiation among SGM youth ages 13-20 years. The investigators central hypothesis is that SGM-tailored anti-vaping social media messages will be more effective than existing non-tailored messages to prevent vaping initiation among SGM youth. The scientific premise for this work is based on principles of cultural tailoring in health communication for vulnerable populations, the Health Equity Promotion Model, and the Message Impact Framework. The investigators are developing and evaluating a social media intervention because SGM youth have a high rate of social media use and are more likely to go online for health information than non-SGM youth. Social media, moreover, are increasingly used for health promotion to address health disparities and well-being of SGM populations. The investigators will conduct rapid-cycle feedback with stakeholders including SGM organization leaders to provide input on the message design, testing, and intervention implementation to ensure feasibility and acceptability of the intervention. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about cardiovascular disease risk among adolescent girls with overweight/obesity. The main questions this trial aims to answer are: 1. Does an acceptance-based healthy lifestyle intervention demonstrate more weight loss than a health education intervention? 2. Does an acceptance-based healthy lifestyle intervention show more improvements in participants' physiological, health-related, and psychological factors compared to a health education intervention? Participants in this trial will: 1. Engage in treatment for 6-months, comprising of a mixture of in-person and remote group sessions, occurring at Drexel University or over a video-conferencing platform. 2. Complete various assessments. These include self-reported questionnaires, measures of weight, height, body composition, blood pressure, and blood lipids, and wearing of smart watches to measure sleep and physical activity. Researchers will compare the acceptance-based and health education intervention groups to see if the acceptance-based treatment will indeed be effective in improving participants' health outcomes.
